Description
本出願は、2019年12月26日付の韓国特許出願第10-2019-0175655号、および2020年12月16日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0176538号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明は、タイヤコード、その製造方法およびこれを含むタイヤに関する。
実施例1
630de(デニール)の総繊度を有するナイロンに200TPMの撚りを与え、経糸本数(n/inch)が58本、経糸密度は90%とする繊維基材(厚さ:約0.40mm)を製織した。この際、緯糸本数(n/inch)は8本、緯糸密度は4.8%とした。
1260deの総繊度を有するナイロンに150TPMの撚りを与え、経糸本数(n/inch)が42本、経糸密度は84%とする繊維基材を製織した。
800deの総繊度を有するPETに150TPMの撚りを与え、経糸本数(n/inch)50本、経糸密度は71%とする繊維基材を製織した。
630deの総繊度を有するナイロンに200TPMの撚りを与え、経糸本数(n/inch)が34本、経糸密度は53%とする繊維基材を用いることを除けば、前記実施例1と同様の方法でタイヤコードおよびタイヤを製造した。
1260deの総繊度を有するナイロンに150TPMの撚りを与え、経糸本数(n/inch)が30本、経糸密度は60%とする繊維基材を用いることを除けば、前記実施例1と同様の方法でタイヤコードおよびタイヤを製造した。
800deの総繊度を有するPETに150TPMの撚りを与え、経糸本数(n/inch)が34本、経糸密度は47%とする繊維基材を用いることを除けば、前記実施例1と同様の方法でタイヤコードおよびタイヤを製造した。
コンマコーター(comma coater)を用いて、前記接着層上にゴムコーティング層を単位面積あたりの塗布量45~50g/m2で塗布し、70℃の温度で溶媒を揮発させて、0.01~0.02mmの厚さのゴムコーティング層を形成したことを除けば、前記実施例1と同様の方法でタイヤコードを製造した。
コンマコーター(comma coater)を用いて、前記接着層上にゴムコーティング層を単位面積あたりの塗布量65~70g/m2で塗布し、70℃の温度で溶媒を揮発させて、0.02mmの厚さのゴムコーティング層を形成したことを除けば、前記実施例2と同様の方法でタイヤコードを製造した。
コンマコーター(comma coater)を用いて、前記接着層上にゴムコーティング層を単位面積あたりの塗布量65~70g/m2で塗布し、70℃の温度で溶媒を揮発させて、0.02mmの厚さのゴムコーティング層を形成したことを除けば、前記実施例3と同様の方法でタイヤコードを製造した。
<実験例1:切断強度および破断伸び率の測定>
ASTM D885試験方法により、インストロン試験機(Instron Engineering Corp.、Canton、Mass)を用いて、250mm(横10mmx縦250mm)のサンプル10個に対して300m/minの引張速度を加えることによって、タイヤコードの切断強力(Strength at Break)および破断伸び率をそれぞれ測定した。
ASTM D4393の試験方法により、タイヤのカーカス層に対する実施例および比較例で製造されたタイヤコードの接着剥離強度を測定した。
Claims (12)
- ナイロン、レーヨン、アラミド、および、PETを含むポリエステルのうちの少なくとも1つを含む経糸を用いて、経糸間密度が65%以上に、かつ、単位長さあたりの経糸本数(n/inch)が58本以上に製織された繊維基材と、
前記繊維基材上に形成された接着層と、
前記接着層上に形成されたゴムコーティング層と、を含み、
前記ゴムコーティング層は、合成ゴムまたは天然ゴムを含み、
前記接着層に対するゴムコーティング層の単位面積あたりの塗布量は、75~300g/m2であり、
前記ゴムコーティング層の単位面積あたりの塗布量は、弾性重合組成物及び溶媒を含むゴムコーティング液の塗布量であり、
ASTM D885の標準試験法による10~15.0g/dの切断強度を有し、
ASTM D885の標準試験法による23.55~30%の破断伸び率を有する、
タイヤのゴム補強材。 - 前記繊維基材は、0.10~0.60mmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のタイヤのゴム補強材。
- 前記ゴムコーティング層は、0.01~0.20mmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のタイヤのゴム補強材。
- 前記接着層は、レゾルシノール-ホルムアルデヒド-ラテックス(RFL)を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤのゴム補強材。
- ASTM D4393標準試験法による接着力評価の際に10kgf以上の接着力を有する、請求項1に記載のタイヤのゴム補強材。
- ナイロン、レーヨン、アラミド、および、PETを含むポリエステルのうちの少なくとも1つを含む経糸を用いて、経糸間密度が65%以上に、かつ、単位長さあたりの経糸本数(n/inch)が58本以上に製織された繊維基材を用意する段階;
前記繊維基材上に接着層を形成する段階;および
前記接着層上にゴムコーティング液を塗布し熱処理して、ゴムコーティング層を形成する段階;を含み、
前記ゴムコーティング層は、合成ゴムまたは天然ゴムを含み、
前記接着層に対するゴムコーティング層の単位面積あたりの塗布量は、75~300g/m2であり、
前記ゴムコーティング層の単位面積あたりの塗布量は、弾性重合組成物及び溶媒を含むゴムコーティング液の塗布量であり、
ASTM D885の標準試験法による10~15.0g/dの切断強度を有し、
ASTM D885の標準試験法による23.55~30%の破断伸び率を有する、
タイヤのゴム補強材の製造方法。 - 前記繊維基材は、0.10~0.60mmの厚さを有する、請求項6に記載のタイヤのゴム補強材の製造方法。
- 前記ゴムコーティング層は、0.01~0.20mmの厚さを有する、請求項6に記載のタイヤのゴム補強材の製造方法。
- 前記ゴムコーティング液は、合成ゴムまたは天然ゴムを含む弾性重合組成物10~30重量%と、溶媒70~90重量%とを含む、
請求項6に記載のタイヤのゴム補強材の製造方法。 - 前記接着層は、レゾルシノール-ホルムアルデヒド-ラテックス(RFL)を含む、請求項6に記載のタイヤのゴム補強材の製造方法。
- ナイロン、レーヨン、アラミド、および、PETを含むポリエステルのうちの少なくとも1つを含む経糸に撚りを与える段階をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のタイヤのゴム補強材の製造方法。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤのゴム補強材を含むタイヤ。
