4.前記制御された眼内レンズの特性は、屈折力、光伝達、UV伝達、および視調節特性のうち少なくとも1つを含む、実施形態3に記載のシステム。
5.前記技術デバイスは、前記眼内レンズの一体部分を形成し、前記技術デバイスは、前記眼内レンズの外周縁にすべてまたは一部を取り囲む、実施形態2~4のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。

10.前記外側輪郭は、毛様体溝内に延びるように構成される、実施形態9に記載のシステム。
11.前記外側輪郭は、開口から径方向外側へ延びるフランジを含む、実施形態9または10に記載のシステム。

16.前記人工カプセルデバイスに眼内レンズを挿入することをさらに含み、前記眼内レンズを挿入した後に、前記技術デバイスは、実質的に眼内レンズを通じた視線を妨げない、実施形態14または15に記載の方法。
17.前記技術デバイスは、前記眼内レンズの特性のうち1つまたは複数を制御するように構成される、実施形態14~16のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
18.前記眼内レンズの制御された特性は、屈折力、光伝達、UV伝達、および調節特性のうち少なくとも1つを含む、実施形態17に記載の方法。
19. 前記技術デバイスは、前記眼内レンズの一体部分を形成し、前記技術デバイスは、前記眼内レンズの外周縁にすべてまたは一部を取り囲む、実施形態 16~18のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
20.前記技術デバイスは、眼の外部から再充填することが可能な動力源を含む、実施形態14~19のいずれか1つに記載の方法。

23.前記人工カプセルデバイスを挿入する前に、前記眼の天然のカプセルバッグの前嚢切開部を形成することをさらに含み、前記人工カプセルデバイスの挿入は、前記前嚢切開部を通じて行われる、実施形態14~22のいずれか1つに記載の方法。

Claims (13)
- 眼に挿入されるように構成され、筐体構造を含む人工カプセルデバイスであって、
前記筐体構造は、
後側と、
人工カプセルデバイス内の位置に係合する眼内レンズの挿入を可能にするように構成される開口を含む前側と、
前記前側と前記後側との間のまっすぐ部分と、
前記まっすぐ部分の直径から前記前側の開口の直径に向かって先細くなるテーパ部分と、
前記眼内レンズを前記デバイスに固定するように構成され、前記人工カプセルデバイスの内部を一回りするように連続的に巡らせる、径方向外側に延び、前記人工カプセルデバイスの内部側壁に溝を含む内部リップと、
前記筐体構造内の位置を機械的に維持するように成形され、薬剤を眼内に放出するように構成された、眼の視軸の外側の前記筐体構造内に配置された徐放性で溶解可能な薬剤埋め込み物と、
を備え、
前記人工カプセルデバイスはフランジを含まず、
前記人工カプセルデバイスは、前記人工カプセルデバイスの外周を一回りするタブまたは触角を含まない、人工カプセルプラットフォームデバイス。 - 前記後側は、密な表面を含む、請求項1に記載の人工カプセルデバイス。
- 前記後側は、屈折性部分を含まない、請求項1に記載の人工カプセルデバイス。
