Description
実施の形態では、剛性低下部としての切り欠き86は、立壁部82および張出部80に跨がるように形成されたがその限りではない。図11は、変形例に係る外周部材14を示す斜視図である。図11では、剛性低下部としての切り欠き86は、立壁部82にのみ形成されている。図11では、切り欠き86は立壁部82の下端まで到達しているが、切り欠き86は立壁部82の下端まで到達していなくてもよい。本変形例によれば、実施の形態と同様の効果を奏することができる。
実施の形態では、小径部25には剛性低下部としての切り欠き86が形成されたがその限りではない。
実施の形態および上述の変形例では、切り欠き86、スリット90、貫通穴92および肉盗み部94のうちのいずれか1種類の剛性低下部がフランジ部29に形成される場合について説明したが、任意の複数の種類の剛性低下部がフランジ部29に形成されてもよい。
実施の形態および上述の変形例では、フランジ部29に剛性低下部が形成される場合について説明したが、フランジ部29に代えて、またはフランジ部29に加えて、本体部28の外周に剛性低下部が形成されてもよい。図15は、さらに別の変形例に係る外周部材14を示す斜視図である。この例では、剛性低下部としての肉盗み部94が本体部の外周面に形成されている。外周部材14には、肉盗み部94の代わりに、スリットが形成されてもよい。スリットは、本体部28の内周端まで達しないように形成されればよい。
Claims (4)
- 円柱状の内周部材と、前記内周部材を環囲する円筒状の外周部材とを有し、前記内周部材と前記外周部材との間に形成されるリップから樹脂を押し出すダイと、
前記外周部材に径方向外向きの荷重を付与してリップ幅を調節する、流体圧アクチュエータを駆動源とする複数のダイリップ駆動機構と、
を備え、
前記外周部材は、前記ダイリップ駆動機構により径方向外向きの荷重が付与される複数の荷重受け部と、前記複数の荷重受け部の間に設けられる剛性低下部と、を有し、
前記ダイリップ駆動機構は、前記外周部材の外周面よりも径方向内側の前記荷重受け部の部分であって、前記剛性低下部の径方向における内端よりも径方向外側に位置し、かつ、前記剛性低下部の径方向における外端よりも径方向内側に位置する前記荷重受け部の部分を径方向外向きに押すことを特徴とするインフレーション成形装置。 - 前記外周部材は、前記リップの外周を定める円筒状の本体部と、前記本体部の外周から径方向外側に張り出すフランジ部と、を含み、
前記フランジ部は、前記複数の荷重受け部と、前記複数の荷重受け部の間に設けられる前記剛性低下部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインフレーション成形装置。 - 円柱状の内周部材と、前記内周部材を環囲する円筒状の外周部材とを有し、前記内周部材と前記外周部材との間に形成されるリップから樹脂を押し出すダイと、
前記外周部材に径方向の荷重を付与してリップ幅を調節する、流体圧アクチュエータを駆動源とする複数のダイリップ駆動機構と、
を備え、
前記外周部材は、立壁部を有し、
前記立壁部は、前記ダイリップ駆動機構により荷重が付与される複数の荷重受け部と、前記複数の荷重受け部の間に設けられ前記立壁部の外周面から内周面まで延在する剛性低下部と、を有することを特徴とするインフレーション成形装置。 - 前記剛性低下部は、切り欠き、スリット、貫通穴および肉盗み部の少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のインフレーション成形装置。
