Description
癒合促進デバイス100は、図9~図11に示すように、所定の生体器官同士を接合する手技(例えば、消化管の吻合術)に適用することができる。後述するように、本明細書の説明では、癒合促進デバイス100を使用した手技例として大腸吻合術を説明する。
図5を参照して、変形例1に係る癒合促進デバイス200の構成について説明する。図5は、変形例1に係る癒合促進デバイス200の図3に対応する図である。
次に、図6を参照して、変形例2に係る癒合促進デバイス300の構成について説明する。図6は、変形例2に係る癒合促進デバイス300の図3に対応する図である。
次に、癒合促進デバイスを用いた処置方法を説明する。
図8は、処置方法の実施形態(大腸吻合術)の手順を示すフローチャートであり、図9~図11は、大腸吻合術の説明に供する図である。

Claims (6)
- 消化管の切除に伴い切断された前記消化管を接合する際に用いられる癒合促進デバイスであって、
前記消化管の間に配置される、円形の本体部を有し、
前記本体部は、
前記消化管の一方の被接合部位と他方の被接合部位の間に配置され、生体組織の癒合を促進するシート状の円形の第1の領域と、
前記第1の領域の内方に設けられ、前記第1の領域の面方向と交差する方向に前記第1の領域から離間した円形の第2の領域と、
前記第1の領域および前記第2の領域を連結する連結部と、を有し、
前記連結部は、前記第2の領域の外周を囲うように設けられる癒合促進デバイス。 - 前記連結部は、前記第1の領域側から前記第2の領域側に向けて狭まる断面形状を備える、請求項1に記載の癒合促進デバイス。
- 前記連結部は、前記第1の領域側から前記第2の領域側に向けて広がる断面形状を備える、請求項1に記載の癒合促進デバイス。
- 前記連結部は、前記第1の領域の前記面方向に直交する断面形状を備える、請求項1に記載の癒合促進デバイス。
- 前記第1の領域は、前記消化管の一方の被接合部位に配置される第1係合器具と、前記消化管の他方の被接合部位に配置され、前記第1係合器具と対向する第2係合器具とを備えた接合装置によって前記消化管の生体組織に対して接合され、
前記連結部および前記第2の領域は、前記第1係合器具と前記第2係合器具によって前記本体部を前記生体組織に接合する際に、前記第1係合器具と前記第2係合器具とが、前記本体部を間に挟んで対向して重なる領域よりも内方側に位置する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の癒合促進デバイス。 - 前記第1の領域の外縁は、前記第1係合器具と前記第2係合器具によって前記本体部を前記生体組織に接合する際に、前記第1係合器具と前記第2係合器具とが、前記本体部を間に挟んで対向して重なる領域よりも外方側に位置する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の癒合促進デバイス。
