Claims (3)
- 転炉の出鋼口から注出された溶鋼流を受容する溶鋼鍋であって、
外殻を構成する鉄皮と、
前記鉄皮に内張りされて前記溶鋼鍋の側壁および底面を構成する耐火物と、
前記溶鋼流が前記底面に衝突する位置に配置され、湯当たり面を有する湯当たり部材と
を備え、
前記出鋼口における前記溶鋼流の方向および流速、ならびに出鋼時の前記転炉と前記溶鋼鍋との位置関係から決まる、前記溶鋼流が前記湯当たり面に衝突する時点において前記底面が前記溶鋼流に対してなす角度が80°以下であり、
前記出鋼口における前記溶鋼流の方向および流速、ならびに出鋼時の前記転炉と前記溶鋼鍋との位置関係から決まる、前記溶鋼流が前記湯当たり面に衝突する時点において前記湯当たり面が前記溶鋼流に対してなす角度が85°以上95°以下であり、
前記湯当たり面が前記底面に対してなす角度が0°よりも大きく20°以下である溶鋼鍋。 - 前記湯当たり面は、平面である、請求項1に記載の溶鋼鍋。
- 前記湯当たり部材は、プレキャストブロックで形成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の溶鋼鍋。
