Claims (1)
- 双方向コンバータとして定電流モードで制御する同期整流回路であって、
スイッチング素子およびインダクタを含むコンバータ部と、
エラーアンプおよびPWM回路を含み、前記スイッチング素子を制御する制御回路とを備え、
前記制御回路は、制御開始時において、前記コンバータ部の出力電圧の電圧モニタ値を前記エラーアンプの誤差増幅器に入力して、前記コンバータ部の出力電圧が、前記コンバータ部の出力に接続された電圧源の電圧値と等しくなるように制御し、前記定電流モードで制御を開始すると、前記誤差増幅器の入力を前記インダクタの出力電流の電流モニタ値に切り替えることを特徴とする同期整流回路。
