Claims (5)
- エンジン及び第1回転電機を有する動力源と、前記動力源からの動力が入力されるとともに前輪及び後輪の一方に動力を出力する第1出力軸と、前記前輪及び前記後輪の他方に動力を出力する第2出力軸と、前記第1出力軸に入力された前記動力源からの動力の一部を前記第2出力軸に分配する動力分配装置と、制御装置と、を有する車両用駆動装置において、
前記動力分配装置は、第2回転電機と、前記第2回転電機が接続された第1回転要素、前記第1出力軸が接続された第2回転要素、及び前記第2出力軸が接続された第3回転要素を有する差動装置と、を備えており、前記第2回転電機の発電トルクによって前記第1回転要素に反力が加えられることにより、前記動力源から前記第1出力軸に入力された動力の一部が前記第2出力軸に分配されるように構成されており、
前記制御装置は、前記第1出力軸及び前記第2出力軸に対する動力分配比が目標分配比となるように前記第2回転電機の前記発電トルクを制御する発電制御を行なうとともに、前記発電トルクに拘らず要求駆動トルクが得られるように前記エンジン及び前記第1回転電機を含む前記動力源の総トルクを制御するトルクスプリット制御部を備えており、
前記トルクスプリット制御部は、前記エンジンの運転状態が燃費最適状態に近付くように、前記発電制御によって得られた発電電力の一部又は全部を、蓄電装置を介することなく前記第1回転電機に供給して該第1回転電機を駆動する電力消費制御部を有する
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記トルクスプリット制御部は、前記発電電力の全部を前記蓄電装置に充電する充電制御部を備えており、該充電制御部による制御を行なうか前記電力消費制御部による制御を行なうかを前記エンジンの運転状態に基づいて選択する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記トルクスプリット制御部は、前記発電電力の一部又は全部を前記第1回転電機に供給して該第1回転電機を駆動することにより、前記エンジンの運転状態を燃費最適状態に近付けることができるか否かを判断し、該燃費最適状態に近付けることができる場合には前記電力消費制御部による制御を選択し、該燃費最適状態に近付けることができない場合には前記充電制御部による制御を選択する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記トルクスプリット制御部は、前記蓄電装置の充電状態値が予め定められた判定値を超えているか否かを判断し、該判定値を超えている場合には、前記エンジンの運転状態に基づく選択を行なうことなく、前記発電電力の全部を前記蓄電装置を介することなく前記第1回転電機に供給して該第1回転電機を駆動する
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記電力消費制御部は、前記発電電力を前記第1回転電機に供給して該第1回転電機を駆動することにより、前記エンジンの運転状態を燃費最適状態に近付けることができる場合に、前記発電電力の一部が残る場合は、その余剰電力を前記蓄電装置に充電する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
