また、第2発明の要旨とするところは、(a)エンジンと、前記エンジンからの動力が入力される入力側回転要素、及び前記入力側回転要素に入力された動力を出力する出力側回転要素を有する流体伝動装置と、前記入力側回転要素に直接又は間接的に接続される第1回転機と、前記出力側回転要素からの動力が第1動力伝達経路を介して入力され、且つ前輪及び後輪の一方の車輪に動力を出力する第1出力軸と、第2回転機と、前記第1回転機と前記第2回転機との間で電力の授受がなされる電気パスにおける電気パス量を調整することにより、前記エンジンの動作点を制御する制御装置と、を備えた車両用駆動装置であって、(b)前記第2回転機は、前記第2回転機からの動力が前記第1動力伝達経路とは異なる第2動力伝達経路を介して前記前輪及び前記後輪の他方の車輪又は前記第1出力軸に出力されるように設けられるとともに、前記第2動力伝達経路には、前記第2回転機の変速動作を行う変速装置が設けられ、(c)前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの動作点を目標動作点とするための前記電気パス量を求め、求められた前記電気パス量に基づき、求められた前記電気パス量を達成可能とする変速比となるように前記変速装置の変速比を制御するとともに、求められた前記電気パス量となるように前記電気パスにおける前記電気パス量を調整し、前記エンジンの動作点を制御するように構成されており、(d)前記前輪及び前記後輪の他方の車輪に動力を出力する第2出力軸を備え、(e)前記変速装置は、前記第2回転機が接続される第1回転要素、前記第1出力軸及び前記第2出力軸の一方の出力軸が接続される第2回転要素、及び前記第1出力軸及び前記第2出力軸の他方の出力軸が接続される第3回転要素を有し、前記第1出力軸に入力されたトルクの一部を前記第2出力軸に分配するトルク分配装置を構成する差動装置に、前記第1回転要素、前記第2回転要素、及び前記第3回転要素の何れか2つを選択的に係合する第1係合装置、及び前記第3回転要素を固定部材に選択的に係合する第2係合装置が付加されることによって構成されていることを特徴とする。
また、第2発明によれば、トルク分配装置を構成する差動装置を利用して変速装置を構成することができ、変速装置を設けるに当たって部品点数の増加を抑制することができる。

- エンジンと、前記エンジンからの動力が入力される入力側回転要素、及び前記入力側回転要素に入力された動力を出力する出力側回転要素を有する流体伝動装置と、前記入力側回転要素に直接又は間接的に接続される第1回転機と、前記出力側回転要素からの動力が第1動力伝達経路を介して入力され、且つ前輪及び後輪の一方の車輪に動力を出力する第1出力軸と、第2回転機と、前記第1回転機と前記第2回転機との間で電力の授受がなされる電気パスにおける電気パス量を調整することにより、前記エンジンの動作点を制御する制御装置と、を備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記第2回転機は、前記第2回転機からの動力が前記第1動力伝達経路とは異なる第2動力伝達経路を介して前記前輪及び前記後輪の他方の車輪又は前記第1出力軸に出力されるように設けられるとともに、前記第2動力伝達経路には、前記第2回転機の変速動作を行う変速装置が設けられ、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの動作点を目標動作点とするための前記電気パス量を求め、求められた前記電気パス量に基づき、求められた前記電気パス量を達成可能とする変速比となるように前記変速装置の変速比を制御するとともに、求められた前記電気パス量となるように前記電気パスにおける前記電気パス量を調整し、前記エンジンの動作点を制御するように構成されており、
前記制御装置は、前記変速装置の変速比が変更できない場合には、前記変速装置の変速比に基づき、前記電気パス量を制限するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - エンジンと、前記エンジンからの動力が入力される入力側回転要素、及び前記入力側回転要素に入力された動力を出力する出力側回転要素を有する流体伝動装置と、前記入力側回転要素に直接又は間接的に接続される第1回転機と、前記出力側回転要素からの動力が第1動力伝達経路を介して入力され、且つ前輪及び後輪の一方の車輪に動力を出力する第1出力軸と、第2回転機と、前記第1回転機と前記第2回転機との間で電力の授受がなされる電気パスにおける電気パス量を調整することにより、前記エンジンの動作点を制御する制御装置と、を備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記第2回転機は、前記第2回転機からの動力が前記第1動力伝達経路とは異なる第2動力伝達経路を介して前記前輪及び前記後輪の他方の車輪又は前記第1出力軸に出力されるように設けられるとともに、前記第2動力伝達経路には、前記第2回転機の変速動作を行う変速装置が設けられ、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの動作点を目標動作点とするための前記電気パス量を求め、求められた前記電気パス量に基づき、求められた前記電気パス量を達成可能とする変速比となるように前記変速装置の変速比を制御するとともに、求められた前記電気パス量となるように前記電気パスにおける前記電気パス量を調整し、前記エンジンの動作点を制御するように構成されており、
前記前輪及び前記後輪の他方の車輪に動力を出力する第2出力軸を備え、
前記変速装置は、前記第2回転機が接続される第1回転要素、前記第1出力軸及び前記第2出力軸の一方の出力軸が接続される第2回転要素、及び前記第1出力軸及び前記第2出力軸の他方の出力軸が接続される第3回転要素を有し、前記第1出力軸に入力されたトルクの一部を前記第2出力軸に分配するトルク分配装置を構成する差動装置に、前記第1回転要素、前記第2回転要素、及び前記第3回転要素の何れか2つを選択的に係合する第1係合装置、及び前記第3回転要素を固定部材に選択的に係合する第2係合装置が付加されることによって構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、求められた前記電気パス量を達成可能とする変速比が複数ある場合には、前記複数の変速比のうちの前記第2回転機の効率が最も高くなる変速比となるように前記変速装置の変速比を制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2の車両用駆動装置。
