Claims (8)
- 可変バルブ機構(VVA)であって、
カム(CS)と、
前記カムの回転により引き起こされる閉鎖位置と開放状態との間で変位するのに適したバルブ(V)と、
支点(F)上で揺動するのに適したメインロッカーアーム(MA)と、
備え、
前記メインロッカーアーム(MA)は、ガイドプロファイル(WV)を介して前記バルブ(V)と機械的に相互作用し、
前記カムは、前記メインロッカーアームとスライド式に又は回転式に相互作用することで、前記メインロッカーアームの揺動の結果として前記バルブの変位を生じさせ、
前記可変バルブ機構は、
前記支点を前記カムに対して相対的に移動させるように配置された調整手段(SPT,PT)により得られ、
前記カム(CS)は、前記メインロッカーアームと直接相互作用し、
前記支点が可動であり、
前記支点は、油圧回路のサポートピストン(SPT,PT)により支持されていて、
ピストン(SPT)は、前記ピストンにより特定されるチャンバ(CH1)内に配置されたスプリング(STS)により、完全膨張に向かって予め付勢されており、
前記油圧回路は、分機管(BC)を介して前記チャンバ(CH1)に接続されたオイルアキュムレータ(ACC)を備え、
ソレノイドバルブ(SV)が、前記チャンバ(CH1)と前記オイルアキュムレータ(ACC)との間を行き来して流れるオイルを制御するように、前記オイルアキュムレータ(ACC)に配置されている、
可変バルブ機構(VVA)。 - 前記ガイドプロファイルは、前記揺動の結果としてランプ(傾斜)の変位を規定するようにスパー(SPUR)が設けられた円周弧の形状として形成されている、
請求項1に記載の可変バルブ機構。 - 前記メインロッカーアームは、前記カム(CS)に向かって押され又は押し付けられるためにホームスプリング(SP)により予め付勢されている、
請求項2に記載の可変バルブ機構。 - 前記ホームスプリングは、前記支点(F)上に取り付けられたスパイラルである、又は前記メインロッカーアームと前記可変バルブ機構を含むエンジンのヘッドの固定点との間に介在されたスプリングである、
請求項3に記載の可変バルブ機構。 - 前記メインロッカーアームは、前記バルブと直接的に相互作用する、又はいわゆるフィンガーフォロワ構成を規定する補助ロッカーアーム(SA)を用いて間接的に相互作用する、請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の可変バルブ機構。
- 前記サポートピストン(PT)が、対向する2つのチャンバ(CH1,CH2)を規定している複動ピストンであり、
当該複動ピストンが、前記対向するチャンバの一方(CH1)に配置されたスプリング(STS)により、完全膨張に向かって予め付勢されており、
ソレノイドバルブ(SV)が、前記対向するチャンバを短絡させるように配置されている、
請求項1に記載の可変バルブ機構。 - 前記サポートピストン(SPT,PT)は、前記メインロッカーアームに対して前記カム(CS)とは反対の位置に配置されている、
請求項1又は6に記載の可変バルブ機構。 - ホームスプリング(SP)は、前記メインロッカーアームと固定点との間に介在されるとき、前記メインロッカーアームに対して前記サポートピストン(SPT、PT)と同じ側に配置される、
