Description
本出願は、2020年07月23日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0091652号及びこれに基づいて2020年12月18日付で再出願された韓国特許出願第10-2020-0178406号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
前記a)アクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体は、好ましくは30~70重量%、より好ましくは30~60重量%、さらに好ましくは40~60重量%、より一層好ましくは45~55重量%、最も好ましくは50~55重量%であり、この範囲内で、耐候性、流動性、引張強度及び衝撃強度に優れるという効果がある。
前記i)グラフト共重合体のアクリレートゴムは、好ましくは平均粒径が0.3~0.5μmであってもよく、より好ましくは0.35~0.5μmであってもよく、さらに好ましくは0.35~0.45μm、より一層好ましくは0.40~0.45μmであり、この範囲内で、耐候性が良いながらも、流動性、引張強度及び衝撃強度などの機械的物性に優れるという効果がある。
前記ii)グラフト共重合体のアクリレートゴムは、好ましくは平均粒径が0.05μm以上~0.3μm未満であってもよく、より好ましくは0.05~0.25μmであってもよく、さらに好ましくは0.05~0.15μmであり、より一層好ましくは0.08~0.12μmであるが、この範囲内で、最終製造される熱可塑性樹脂組成物に、優れた耐候性、着色性、衝撃強度、耐化学性及び表面光沢特性を付与することができる。
前記b)芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体は、好ましくは、重量平均分子量が100,000~150,000g/molである芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体;及び重量平均分子量が150,000g/mol超、200,000g/mol以下である芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体;からなる群から選択された1種以上を含み、この場合、耐熱度、加工性及び衝撃強度に優れるという効果がある。
前記c)耐熱スチレン系樹脂は、好ましくは20重量%以下、より好ましくは15重量%以下含まれてもよく、好ましい実施例として1~20重量%、より好ましい実施例として5~17重量%、さらに好ましい実施例として5~15重量%含まれてもよく、この範囲内で、機械的物性及び耐熱性などに優れるという利点がある。
前記d)メタクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体は、好ましくは、メタクリレート系単量体65~85重量%、芳香族ビニル化合物10~30重量%及びビニルシアン化合物5~10重量%を含んでなってもよく、この範囲内で、耐候性が大きく向上し、機械的物性に優れるという利点がある。
前記e)ポリアルキルメタクリレートは、一例として0~40重量%であってもよく、好ましくは1~40重量%、より好ましくは10~40重量%、さらに好ましくは20~40重量%、最も好ましくは30~40重量%であり、この範囲内で、従来のASA樹脂と比較して機械的物性及び加工性などが同等以上に維持されながら、耐候性が大きく向上するという利点がある。
本発明の表面調節剤は、好ましくは、ナイロン系表面調節剤、ポリスチレン系表面調節剤、及びビニルシアン化合物-共役ジエン化合物-芳香族ビニル化合物系表面調節剤からなる群から選択された1種以上であり、この場合、従来のASA樹脂と比較して機械的物性及び加工性などが同等以上に維持されながら、耐候性に優れ、特に、製品の表面に粗い感じを実現して人為的なプラスチック感から脱した高級な外観を有するようにする効果がある。
本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、好ましくは、滑剤、酸化防止剤及び紫外線安定剤を含むことができる。
本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、一例として、オプティカルプロファイラーシステムにより5ポイントを測定して平均した表面粗さRaが、0.3~3μm、好ましくは0.35~2.8μm、より好ましくは0.35~2.5μm、さらに好ましくは0.38~2.4μm、より一層好ましくは1~2.4μm、最も好ましくは1.5~2.4μmであり、この範囲内で、機械的物性及び加工性などが低下しないながら、耐候性に優れ、製品に人為的なプラスチック感から脱した高級な外観を提供する。
本発明の成形品は、本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を含むことを特徴とし、この場合、従来のASA樹脂製品と比較して機械的物性及び加工性などが同等以上に維持されながら、耐候性に優れ、特に、製品の表面に粗い感じを実現して人為的なプラスチック感から脱した高級な外観を有するようにする利点がある。
下記実施例1~7及び比較例1~2で用いられた物質は、次の通りである。
A-2)ブチルアクリレートゴムの平均粒径が400nmである大粒径のASA樹脂
B-1)SAMMA樹脂(LG化学社のXT500、重量平均分子量:80,000g/mol)

C-4)SL0100(製造社:ロッテ先端素材、商品名:SL0100)
C-4)AM808(製造社:Zeon Kasei社、商品名:AM808)
小粒径のASA樹脂21重量部、大粒径のASA樹脂32重量部、SAMMA樹脂47重量部、SPS表面調節剤5重量部、滑剤としてEBS(SUNKOO社製)1.5重量部、酸化防止剤としてオクタデシル3-(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート(octadecyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propanoate)0.5重量部及びトリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスファイト(Tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphite))0.5重量部、紫外線安定剤として、ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線安定剤であるTinuvin P(BASF社製)0.5重量部及びHALS系紫外線安定剤であるTinuvin770(BASF社製)0.5重量部を均一に混合した後、これを220℃下で28ファイ、L/D:36規格で押出混練機を用いてASA樹脂組成物ペレットを製造した。
前記実施例1において、SPS表面調節剤を下記表1の物質及び含量を用いた以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で行った。
前記実施例1~7及び比較例1~2で製造された0.15Tのフィルムの特性を下記の方法により測定し、その結果を下記の表1に示した。
Claims (10)
- スチレン系樹脂100重量部及び表面調節剤1~10重量部を含み、非対称度Rskが0.65~1.35であり、
前記スチレン系樹脂は、a)アクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体30~70重量%、b)芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体0~30重量%、c)α-メチルスチレン-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体0~30重量%、及びd)メタクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体30~70重量%を含み、
前記表面調節剤は、210℃以上の融点を有するナイロン系表面調節剤、及び5μm以上の粒径分布を有するビニルシアン化合物-共役ジエン化合物-芳香族ビニル化合物系表面調節剤からなる群から選択された1種以上であり、
前記非対称度Rskは、熱可塑性樹脂組成物のペレットを、80℃のオーブンで3時間以上十分に乾燥させて水分の影響を除去した後、シート成形用シングルスクリュー押出機の投入口に投入し、押出機の投入口から順にバレル部の温度50℃、200℃、210℃、210℃及びダイ部の温度220℃、220℃、230℃にセットし、厚さ0.15Tで押出されたフィルムの面のうち一番目のロールと接触した面に対して測定したものであることを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記a)アクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体は、i)平均粒径0.3~0.5μmのアクリレートゴム40~60重量%、芳香族ビニル化合物20~45重量%及びビニルシアン化合物10~20重量%を含んでなるアクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体、及びii)平均粒径0.05μm以上~0.3μm未満のアクリレートゴム40~60重量%、芳香族ビニル化合物20~40重量%及びビニルシアン化合物10~20重量%を含んでなるアクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体からなる群から選択された1種以上であり、
前記平均粒径は、動的光散乱法により測定される粒度分布における算術平均粒径であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記i)アクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体と、前記ii)アクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体との重量比(i:ii)は1:0.3~0.9であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記b)芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体は、重量平均分子量が100,000~150,000g/molである芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体、及び重量平均分子量が150,000g/mol超、200,000g/mol以下である芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体からなる群から選択された1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記d)メタクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体は、メタクリレート65~85重量%、芳香族ビニル化合物10~30重量%及びビニルシアン化合物5~10重量%を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ナイロン系表面調節剤は、ポリアミド66(PA6.6)、ポリアミド46、ポリアミドll、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド610、ポリアミド612、ポリアミド6/66、ポリアミド6/612、ポリアミドMXD6、ポリアミド6/MXD6、ポリアミド66/MXD6、ポリアミド6T、ポリアミド6I、ポリアミド6/6T、ポリアミド6/6I、ポリアミド66/6T、ポリアミド66/6I、ポリアミド6/6T/6I、ポリアミド66/6T/6I、ポリアミド9T、ポリアミド9I、ポリアミド6/9T、ポリアミド6/9I、ポリアミド66/9T、ポリアミド6/12/9T、ポリアミド66/12/9T、ポリアミド6/12/9I及びポリアミド66/12/6Iからなる群から選択された1種以上であり、前記ビニルシアン化合物-共役ジエン化合物-芳香族ビニル化合物系表面調節剤は、5~25μmの粒径分布を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- オプティカルプロファイラーシステムにより5ポイントを測定した算術平均粗さRaが0.3~3μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 滑剤、酸化防止剤及び紫外線安定剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を含むことを特徴とする、成形品。
- 前記成形品は、デッキング(Decking)用床材、屋根用資材、または建築用外装資材であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の成形品。
