Description
このような胆管狭窄は手術で治療できるが、最近では内視鏡を利用した胆管ステント挿入術が使われており、特に末期癌患者の悪性胆管狭窄発病で手術が不可能な場合、ステント挿入術が広く履行されている。
このような問題点を解決するために従来に逆流防止手段を備えた胆管用ステントが提案されているが、各種短所によりその効果を立証し難いのが現実である。
図2は、本発明の第1実施例に係るジグを利用した胆管用ステントの製作状態を示す。

Claims (15)
- 円柱状ジグの円周方向(X)と長さ方向(Y)にそれぞれ配置された複数のピンに形状記憶合金の金属糸をジグザグに編んで製作されたメッシュ構造の円筒状胴体;
前記メッシュ構造の金属糸セル(cell)にコーティングされた皮膜部;および、
前記円筒状胴体の出口端に形成されたセル(cell)の皮膜部にそれぞれホールが形成され、いずれか一つのホール(h)を貫通して円周方向の前記金属糸セルにジグザグに編んで固定された糸(Lasso)が前記出口端を一回以上横切って網構造をなす逆流防止パターン膜;を含む
ことを特徴とする胆管用ステント。 - 円柱状ジグの円周方向(X)と長さ方向(Y)にそれぞれ配置された複数のピンに形状記憶合金の金属糸をジグザグに編んで製作されたメッシュ構造の円筒状胴体;および、
前記ジグの下端に円周方向(X)に配置されたピン(P)と他のピン(P)の間を前記金属糸で編んで前記円筒状胴体の出口端を一回以上横切って網構造をなす逆流防止パターン膜;を含む
ことを特徴とする胆管用ステント。 - 前記逆流防止パターン膜は、
前記出口端を横切って交差する十字状の逆流防止パターン膜、一字状の逆流防止パターン膜、ジグザグ状の逆流防止パターン膜、多角形状の逆流防止パターン膜および星状の逆流防止パターン膜のうちいずれか一つで形成される
請求項1または2に記載の胆管用ステント。 - 前記逆流防止パターン膜は、
一つのラインの金属糸が始点ピン(P)から少なくとも一つのピン(P)を経由して終点ピン(P)まで連続的に編まれた後、ねじり結びで仕上げ処理される

前記ジグの下端に上広下狭で傾斜した円錐台外周面と円錐台下面が形成され、前記円錐台下面を中心に円形の垂直ピン(Py)アレイが形成されるものの、前記金属糸で前記円周方向に配置されたピン(P)とそれぞれ対応する前記垂直ピン(Py)アレイを順次編んで円錐台状逆流防止パターン膜として形成される

各金属糸ラインに前記垂直ピン(Py)による折れ部が形成され、前記折れ部は互いに干渉することなく各ラインが放射された傾斜構造をなす
請求項11に記載の胆管用ステント。 - ジグを利用して胆管用ステントを製作する方法において、
a)円柱状ジグの円周方向(X)と長さ方向(Y)にそれぞれ配置された複数のピンに形状記憶合金素材の金属糸をジグザグに編んでメッシュ構造の円筒状胴体を形成する段階;および
b)前記円筒状胴体の通路の出口端を糸(Lasso)または金属糸のパターン部材で一回以上横切って網構造の逆流防止パターン膜を形成する段階;を含む
ことを特徴とする胆管用ステント製作方法。 - 前記b)段階は、
円錐状の傾斜した外周面と中央の頂点に固定された垂直ピン(Py)が形成された前記ジグの下面と前記ジグの下端に円周方向(X)に配置されたピン(P)の間を前記金属糸を通じて順次編んで放射状パターンを形成するものの、前記円錐状の傾斜した外周面によって中央が突出した円錐状逆流防止パターン膜を形成する段階を含む

前記金属糸が始点である第1ピンから中央の前記垂直ピン(Py)に編まれて折れ部を形成し、第2ピンに編まれた後に円周方向の第3ピンに延長移動する段階;
