Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る圧電デバイス100の断面図である。また、図2は、図1の圧電デバイス100の断面の一部の拡大図である。図1および図2を参照して、圧電デバイス100は、支持基板110と、機能素子120と、圧電層130と、中間層140と、絶縁層150と、カバー層175とを備える。なお、以降の説明において、各図におけるZ軸の正方向を上面側、負方向を下面側と称する場合がある。
実施の形態1においては、絶縁層が形成される第2領域RG2の表面粗さがほぼ均一である場合について説明した。しかしながら、漏洩スプリアスの強度は、積層体に近いほど強く、積層体から遠ざかるに従って徐々に低下する。そのため、実施の形態2においては、第2領域RG2において積層体により近い部分については、積層体から相対的に遠い部分よりも表面粗さを大きくして、漏洩スプリアスをより効果的に減衰させる構成について説明する。
実施の形態3においては、支持基板における第1領域と第2領域との境界における応力を低減する構成について説明する。
Claims (4)
- 支持基板と、
前記支持基板上の第1領域に配置された中間層と、
前記中間層上に配置された圧電層と、
前記圧電層上に形成された機能素子と、
前記支持基板上において、前記第1領域に隣接する第2領域に配置された絶縁層とを備え、
前記第2領域における前記支持基板の表面粗さは、前記第1領域における前記支持基板の表面粗さよりも大きい、圧電デバイス。 - 前記第2領域は、前記第1領域に隣接する第1部分と、前記第1部分よりも前記第1領域から遠い第2部分とを含み、
前記第1部分における前記支持基板の表面粗さは、前記第2部分における前記支持基板の表面粗さよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の圧電デバイス。 - 前記第2領域における前記支持基板の厚みは、前記第1領域における前記支持基板の厚みよりも薄く、
前記支持基板は、前記第1領域と前記第2領域との間に傾斜領域を有する、請求項1または2に記載の圧電デバイス。 - 前記中間層は、
前記支持基板上に配置され、前記圧電層に伝搬する弾性バルク波の速度よりも高速の弾性バルク波を伝搬する高音速層と、
前記高音速層と前記圧電層との間に配置され、前記圧電層に伝搬する弾性バルク波の速度よりも低速の弾性バルク波を伝搬する低音速層とを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の圧電デバイス。
