Description
次に、上記のように構成された線香1の製造方法について説明する。まず、線香基材2と、液状の薬剤とを用意する。液状の薬剤は、上記揮散性薬剤と、溶剤とを含んでいる。溶剤としては、例えばパラゾール134等のノルマルパラフィン、ヘキサン、エタノール、水等を挙げることができ、これらのうち、任意の1種または複数種を混合して用いることもできる。揮散性薬剤の量は、例えば1つの線香1につき、3.75mg程度に設定することができるが、これに限られるものではなく、効力を考慮して任意に設定することができる。
表1における「有効蒸散率(%)」は、線香1を燃やしたときに、当該線香1に含まれていたジメフルトリンのうち、どれくらいの量が効力を発揮する状態で揮散したかを示す値である。有効蒸散率が100%であれば、線香1に含まれていたジメフルトリンの全てが効力を発揮する状態で揮散したことになり、反対に0%であれば、線香1に含まれていたジメフルトリンの全てが効力を発揮しなかったことになる。測定方法としては、例えば線香1を燃やして排出された気体を全て回収してガスクロマトグラフィ等の計測機器を使用してジメフルトリンの量を測定する。そして、線香1の燃焼した部分に含まれていたジメフルトリンに対する、回収されたジメフルトリンの量の割合を求め、それを有効蒸散率とすることができる。

Claims (2)
- 線香基材に、溶剤に溶解させた薬剤を塗布し、上記線香基材の総厚みの1/16の厚みを有する基材外層部に、上記線香基材の全体に含まれる上記薬剤の40%以上を含ませるとともに、上記線香基材の上記基材外層部よりも内側の内層部にも上記薬剤を含ませることを特徴とする薬剤の有効蒸散率の向上方法(但し、薬剤の噴霧粒子に高電圧電気を帯電させることにより当該薬剤を線香基材に付着させる場合を除く)。
- 請求項1に記載の薬剤の有効蒸散率の向上方法において、
ノルマルパラフィン、ヘキサン、エタノール及び水のうち、任意の1種または複数種を混合してなる溶剤に前記薬剤を溶解させることを特徴とする薬剤の有効蒸散率の向上方法。
