L/D:平均アスペクト比
以下では、本発明の実施例について詳細に説明する。下記の実施例は、本発明を理解するためのものであり、本発明を限定するものではない。
(1)実施例1
ポリエステル樹脂100gに平均アスペクト比(L/D)が100であり、トリメチルステアリルアンモニウム(Trimethyl stearyl ammonium)で表面が改質されたナノクレイ(Aldrich社)10gを投入した後、高速攪拌機で3000rpmの速度で均一に分散させてコーティング液を製造した。上記製造されたコーティング液を使用して100μm厚さのフィルムを形成した。
ポリエステル樹脂100gに、平均アスペクト比(L/D)が500の炭素ナノチューブ1gを投入した後、高速攪拌機で3000rpmの速度で均一に分散させてコーティング液を製造した。上記製造されたコーティング液を使用して100μm厚さのフィルムを形成した。
ポリエステル樹脂を使用して100μm厚さのフィルムを形成した。
ポリエステル樹脂100gに、平均アスペクト比(L/D)が1のカーボンブラック10gを投入した後、高速攪拌機で3000rpmの速度で均一に分散させてコーティング液を製造した。上記製造されたコーティング液を使用して100μm厚さのフィルムを形成した。
実施例及び比較例で製造されたフィルムにDynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA)を用いて常温で10hzの周波数で0.1%の変形ごとに減衰エネルギー(Loss Modulus)を測定した。
Claims (4)
- 高分子樹脂及び平均アスペクト比(L/D)が100以上の無機ナノ粒子を含み、前記無機ナノ粒子は、高分子樹脂100重量部を基準にして0.1~20重量部含まれる、制振鋼板用表面処理組成物。
- 前記高分子樹脂は、エチレンビニルアセテート樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリビニルクロライド樹脂及びエポキシ樹脂からなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載の制振鋼板用表面処理組成物。
- 前記無機ナノ粒子は、グラファイトナノファイバー、炭素ナノチューブ、ナノクレイ及びグラフェンからなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載の制振鋼板用表面処理組成物。
- 鋼板及び
前記鋼板の少なくとも一面に請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含有する制振層を含む制振鋼板。
