前記外装に収容される被収容物とを備え、
前記被収容物は、電極体を有し、
前記電極体は、正極層と、負極層と、前記正極層と前記負極層との間に挟まれた固体電解質層を含む積層構造であり、前記正極層と、前記負極層と、前記固体電解質層は、粉体材料で構成され、
前記外装は、前記被収容物の表面または裏面の少なくとも一方に点または線で接触して局所的に押圧する押圧部を有すると共に、前記電極体の積層方向と直交する幅方向と奥行方向の少なくとも一方にかけて変動する押圧力を前記被収容物へ与えること
を特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記押圧部が、前記外装の内面に設けられた少なくとも1つの突起であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記押圧部が、少なくとも中央部において前記被収容物の表面または裏面に対して押圧を行うものであること
を特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記外装の外面は平坦であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外装の内部において角部の角度が鋭角である部分を含むこと
を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 正極層と、負極層と、前記正極層と前記負極層との間に挟まれた固体電解質層を含む積層構造であって、前記正極層と、前記負極層と、前記固体電解質層が、粉体材料で構成された電極体を有する被収容物を、前記被収容物の表面または裏面の少なくとも一方に点または線で接触して局所的に押圧して前記電極体の積層方向と直交する幅方向と奥行方向の少なくとも一方にかけて変動する押圧力を前記被収容物へ与える押圧部を有する表面板および裏面板で挟み、
前記表面板と前記裏面板とを、前記表面板と前記裏面板との間に延びる側方板で接続することにより、二次電池の外装を形成すること
を特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記表面板および前記裏面板の一方の板材の外縁から他方の板材の方向へ延びる側方板を、その他方の板材、または他方の板材から一方の板材の方向へ延びる側方板に対して、接続すること
を特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記二次電池の外装の内部において角部の角度が鋭角である部分を含むように、前記表面板と前記裏面板とを側方板で接続すること
を特徴とする請求項6および請求項7に記載の二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記二次電池の外装の形成を真空下で行うことを特徴とする請求項6ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
