Claims (11)
- 導通管を有する電子膨張弁に適用されるステータ組立体であって、
底面に取付口が設けられているハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に設置され、コイルを取り付けるための金属ケースを含むコイル組立体と、
前記取付口を介して挿入されて前記金属ケースに接続されて固定され、前記金属ケースと前記導通管とを電気的に導通させるために電子膨張弁の導通管と接続される固定部材と、
を含み、
前記ハウジングの底面には、前記取付口の周縁に前記ハウジングの底面に直交する方向に沿って延出する環状凸部が設けられ、前記環状凸部の内側には、前記固定部材を固定して取り付けるための取付溝が形成され、
前記固定部材は基部と前記基部の両端から前記ハウジングの底面に直交する方向に沿って延出する2つの挟持アームとを含み、前記基部は、前記取付溝内に固定され、且つ、前記金属ケースに接続されて固定され、2つの前記挟持アームは、前記導通管を挟持するステータ組立体。 - 前記金属ケースは、前記取付溝に対向する接続面を有し、前記基部には固定孔が設けられており、前記基部は前記固定孔により前記接続面に接続されて固定されている
請求項1に記載のステータ組立体。 - 前記接続面には、前記取付口内に突出する凸起部が設けられており、前記基部の固定孔は、前記凸起部に嵌挿されて接続される
請求項2に記載のステータ組立体。 - 前記接続面には、少なくとも2つの前記凸起部が設けられており、前記基部には、各前記凸起部に対応して、1つの前記固定孔が配置されている
請求項3に記載のステータ組立体。 - 前記基部は、前記固定孔の位置で前記接続面に溶接で接続されている
請求項2に記載のステータ組立体。 - 前記ステータ組立体はさらに、前記取付溝内に充填されたシール材を含み、前記シール材は少なくとも前記接続面を覆っている
請求項2から5の何れか一項に記載のステータ組立体。 - 各前記挟持アームは、前記基部に接続された第1アーム部と、前記第1アーム部から延出する第2アーム部とを含み、前記第2アーム部が他方の前記挟持アームから離れる方向に曲がって設置されて、2つの前記挟持アームの第2アーム部の間に、前記導通管を挟持する挟持領域が画成されている
請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のステータ組立体。 - 各前記挟持アームの第1アーム部は、他方の前記挟持アームから離れる方向に曲がって設置されている
請求項7に記載のステータ組立体。 - 前記ステータ組立体には、前記コイル組立体の軸線に沿って延在し、電子膨張弁の弁本体が取り付けられる通路が設けられており、当該コイル組立体の金属ケースの内壁面には、前記通路内に位置する磁極ティースが設置されている
請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のステータ組立体。 - 第1導通管と第2導通管が設けられている弁本体と、
請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載のステータ組立体であって、前記弁本体に嵌設され、前記ステータ組立体の固定部材が前記第1導通管又は前記第2導通管に接続されて固定されているステータ組立体と、
を含む電子膨張弁。 - 冷媒循環管路と、前記冷媒循環管路に取り付けられた請求項10に記載の電子膨張弁とを含む
冷却機器。
