Description
Claims (13)
- 外部ハウジングによって包囲された内部バス導体をそれぞれ備える第1及び第2の位相バスダクト部を共に結合するための絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体において、
前記内部バス導体のうちの1つの端部からそれぞれ延出し、内面及び外面をそれぞれ有する第1及び第2の導体結合部と、
ばね式調整留め具によって前記第1の導体結合部の前記外面の周囲にそれぞれ実装され、前記第2の導体結合部の前記外面と係合するために前記第1の導体結合部に渡ってそれぞれ延出する複数の可動触手とを具備し、
前記各ばね式調整留め具は、前記触手及び前記第1の内部導体結合部を通過するねじ付き棒を備え、該棒は、前記第1の内部導体結合部の前記内面を係合するために前記触手と前記棒に渡って実装されるばねとの外面を係合する調整可能ヘッドを有し、前記ヘッド及び棒は前記触手を前記第1及び第2の結合部と締付係合するように押し付けるために前記ばねに関連して調整される絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。 - 前記第1及び第2の内部導体結合部の前記外面は前記内部バス導体の導体外面に関して低減された外部寸法を有する請求項1記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
- 前記内部バス導体及び前記第1及び第2の内部導体結合部は、筒状形であり、前記第1及び第2の内部導体結合部は、内部バス導体の直径に関して低減された直径をそれぞれ有する請求項1記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
- 前記第1及び第2の導体結合部は、前記内部バス導体のうちの1つの前記端部のうちの1つにそれぞれ実装され、前記内部バス導体との相補形となる請求項1記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
- 前記内部導体のうちの1つに取り付けられ且つ前記触手及び前記他の内部導体に渡って離間して延出する非金属の外装部を更に含む請求項1記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
- 前記外装部は、前記1つの内部導体に当てはまる管状フランジを形成する低減された直径を有する請求項5記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
- 前記外装部は、前記管状フランジ及び1つの内部導体の間でシーラントのビードによって前記1つの内部導体に関して保持される請求項6記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
- 前記外部ハウジングは、留め具によって結合されるフランジを隣接させることによって接合される請求項5記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
- 絶縁体は前記外部ハウジングのフランジ間で位置決めされ、前記絶縁体は前記外装部を包囲し且つ支持するように前記内部バス導体方向へ延出する請求項8記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
- 前記第1の導体結合部は、凹形押縁を備える前記内面を有し且つ前記棒が通過するための複数の開口を備えるフランジを備え、前記棒上には前記内面を前記凹形押縁で係合するように前記ばねが実装され、
前記第2の導体結合部は、湾曲した引き込み面を備え、
前記触手は、ヘッド及び棒としての前記第1及び第2の導体の前記外面に食込む湾曲した食込み端部を備え且つばねに関して締められ、それによって前記第1及び第2の結合部は共に締付けられる請求項1記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。 - 前記ばねは圧縮ばねである請求項1記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
- 前記内部バス導体は絶縁体のスリーブによって包囲される請求項1記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
- 前記第1及び第2の導体結合部及び前記導体触手の前記外面は、銀を塗布される請求項1記載の絶縁位相バスダクト接合構体。
