Description
(1-1.液滴吐出装置100の構成)
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る液滴吐出装置100の概略図である。
次に、液滴吐出方法について図面を用いて説明する。
本実施形態では、対象物200の表面に構造体170を有する例について図面を用いて説明する。
本実施形態では、第1実施形態とは異なるパターンの形成装置について説明する。具体的には、第1液滴ノズル141および第2液滴ノズル151が複数設けられている例について説明する。なお、説明の関係上、適宜部材を省略して説明する。
図15は、本発明の一実施形態に係る液滴吐出装置100Aの概略図である。液滴吐出装置100Aは、制御部110、記憶部115、電源部120、駆動部130、第1液滴吐出部140A、および第2液滴吐出部150Aを含む。
本発明の第1実施形態では、駆動部130により、第1液滴吐出部140および第2液滴吐出部150が対象物200上を移動する例を示したが、これに限定されない。例えば、液滴吐出装置100において、駆動部130は、対象物200を移動させてもよい。この場合、第1液滴吐出部140および第2液滴吐出部150は、同じ位置に固定されてもよい。
Claims (9)
- 第1液体を保持するための第1液体保持部および当該第1液体保持部の第1液体を第1液滴として吐出するための第1先端部を含む第1液滴吐出部と、
第2液体を保持するための第2液体保持部および当該第2液体保持部の第2液体を第1液滴とは異なる第2液滴として吐出するための第2先端部を含む第2液滴吐出部と、
前記第1液体および前記第2液体が吐出される対象物を保持するための対象物保持部と、
前記対象物保持部に対して、前記第1先端部および前記第2先端部を相対的に第1方向に移動させるための駆動部と、を含み、
前記第2先端部の内径は、前記第1先端部の内径よりも大きく、
前記第1先端部および前記第2先端部は、前記第1方向に沿って配置され、
前記第2先端部は、前記第1液滴と重なるように前記第2液滴を吐出するように前記第1先端部に対して後方に配置され、
前記第1液滴吐出部は、静電吐出型ノズルヘッドを有し、
前記第2液滴吐出部は、ピエゾ型ノズルヘッドを有する、
液滴吐出装置。 - 前記第2液滴吐出部の単位時間当たりの吐出量は、前記第1液滴吐出部の単位時間当たりの吐出量よりも多い、
請求項1に記載の液滴吐出装置。 - 前記第1液滴吐出部および前記第2液滴吐出部は、前記第1液滴吐出部および前記第2液滴吐出部が前記第1方向に対して交差する方向に複数設けられる、
請求項1または2に記載の液滴吐出装置。 - 対象物の第1領域に第1液滴を吐出し、
前記第1領域に、前記吐出された前記第1液滴と接触するように前記第1液滴よりも多い吐出量で前記第1液滴と異なる第2液滴を吐出し、
前記第1液滴と重なるように前記第1領域に第2液滴を吐出することと同期して前記第1領域とは異なる第2領域に前記第1液滴を吐出し、
前記第1液滴は、静電吐出型ノズルヘッドから吐出され、
前記第2液滴は、ピエゾ型ノズルヘッドから吐出される、
液滴吐出方法。 - 前記第1液滴の少なくとも一部が、前記第2液滴が吐出される前に、前記対象物に固定される、
請求項4に記載の液滴吐出方法。 - 前記吐出された前記第1液滴のサイズは、100nm以上500μm以下である、
請求項4または5に記載の液滴吐出方法。 - 前記第1液滴の溶媒と、
前記第2液滴の溶媒とは、同種の液体である、
請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の液滴吐出方法。 - 前記第1液滴は、粒子を含まず、
前記第2液滴は、粒子を含む、
請求項4乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の液滴吐出方法。 - 前記対象物上には構造体が前記対象物の前記第1領域および前記第2領域の各々を囲むように設けられ、
前記対象物の表面は、親液性を有し、
前記構造体の表面は、撥液性を有する、
請求項4乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の液滴吐出方法。
