Claims (5)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55~80%、Al2O3 0~15%、B2O3 18~25%、MgO 0~4%、CaO 0~5%、SrO 0~1%、Li2O 0~2%、Na2O 0~3%、K2O 0~3%、Li 2 O+Na 2 O+K 2 O 1~3.8%、ZrO2 0~0.2%、Fe2O3 0~0.5%、SnO2 0~0.5%、TiO2 0.01~6%、MoO 3 0.01~500ppmを含有し、
MoO3、Cr2O3、Pt及びRhの合量が0.01~500ppmであり、且つ、
TiO2(質量%)×MoO3(ppm)の値が3100以下であり、
β-OH値が0.55/mm未満である、ガラス繊維。 - 肉厚1mmにおいて波長300nmでの全光線透過率が70%以下であり、波長400~800nmでの最小全光線透過率が50%以上である、請求項1に記載のガラス繊維。
- 25℃、40GHzにおける誘電率が6以下であり、誘電正接が0.011以下である、請求項1または2に記載のガラス繊維。
- 紡糸温度が1450℃以下である、請求項1または2に記載のガラス繊維。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、Fe2O3 0~0.15%、Pt 0.01~100ppmを含有する、請求項1または2に記載のガラス繊維。
