Claims (6)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 40~80%、Al2O3 0~20%、B2O3 10~30%を含有するとともに、
MgO、CaO、SrO、BaO、Li2O、Na2O、K2O、ZrO2、Fe2O3、SnO2、F及びClから選択される少なくとも1種を含有し、
MoO3、Cr2O3、Pt及びRhの合量が0.01~500ppmであり、且つ、
TiO2(質量%)×MoO3(ppm)の値が3100以下である、ガラス繊維。 - 肉厚1mmにおいて波長300nmでの全光線透過率が70%以下であり、波長400~800nmでの最小全光線透過率が50%以上である、請求項1に記載のガラス繊維。
- 25℃、40GHzにおける誘電率が6以下であり、誘電正接が0.011以下である、請求項1または2に記載のガラス繊維。
- 紡糸温度が1450℃以下である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス繊維。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 40~80%、Al2O3 0~20%、B2O3 10~30%、Fe2O3 0~0.15%、Pt 0.01~100ppmを含有するとともに、
MgO、CaO、SrO、BaO、Na2O及びK2Oから選択される少なくとも1種を含有し、且つ、
Li2O、ZrO2、TiO2、Fe2O3、MoO3、Cr2O3、SnO2、F、Cl及びRhから選択される少なくとも1種を含有する、ガラス繊維。 - ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55~80%、Al2O3 0~15%、B2O3 10~30%を含有するとともに、
MgO、CaO、SrO、BaO、Li2O、Na2O、K2O、Fe2O3、SnO2、F及びClから選択される少なくとも1種を含有し、
MoO3、Cr2O3、Pt及びRhの合量が0.01~500ppmであり、且つ、
TiO2(質量%)×MoO3(ppm)の値が3100以下である、ガラス繊維。
