Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両1の全体構成図である。ハイブリッド車両1は、エンジン10と、K0クラッチ12と、モータジェネレータ22と、自動変速機23と、トルクコンバータ24と、油圧回路26と、電動式オイルポンプ(以下、「EOP:Electric Oil Pump」とも称する)27と、機械式オイルポンプ(以下、「MOP:Mechanical Oil Pump」とも称する)28と、電力制御装置(PCU:Power Control Unit)40と、バッテリ42と、駆動輪72と、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)100とを備える。本実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両1は、走行モードとして、HVモードおよびEVモードを少なくとも有する。HVモードは、エンジン10およびモータジェネレータ22を動力源とした走行モードである。EVモードは、エンジン10を停止状態にするとともにモータジェネレータ22をバッテリ42の電力で駆動して走行する走行モードである。走行モードは、たとえば、ハイブリッド車両1に対する要求パワー等に基づいて選択される。
第1制御は、第1変速パターンの変速があった場合に、ECU100により実行される制御である。第1変速パターンは、NレンジからDレンジへの変速、NレンジからRレンジへの変速、PレンジからDレンジへの変速、およびPレンジからRレンジへの変速を含む。以下では、第1変速パターンの代表として、NレンジからDレンジへの変速があった場合を例にして、第1制御を説明する。なお、第1変速パターンのうち、NレンジからDレンジへの変速以外の変速についても、以下の説明と同様の考え方を適用することができる。
第2制御は、第2変速パターンの変速があった場合に、ECU100により実行される制御である。第2変速パターンは、DレンジからRレンジへの変速、およびRレンジからDレンジへの変速を含む。以下では、第2変速パターンの代表として、RレンジからDレンジへの変速があった場合を例にして、第2制御を説明する。なお、DレンジからRレンジへの変速についても、以下の説明と同様の考え方を適用することができる。
図6は、ECU100の機能ブロック図である。ECU100は、シフト操作判定部102と、EOP制御部104と、MG制御部106と、油圧制御部108とを含む。なお、これらの構成は、ソフトウェア処理によって実現されてもよいし、ハードウェア(電気回路)によって実現されてもよい。
図7は、第1制御の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。図7に示すフローチャートは、第1変速パターンに該当する変速があったと判定された場合に、ECU100によって実行される。なお、図7および後述の図8から図10に示すフローチャートの各ステップ(以下ステップを「S」と略す)は、ECU100によるソフトウェア処理によって実現される場合について説明するが、その一部あるいは全部がECU100内に作製されたハードウェア(電気回路)によって実現されてもよい。
図8は、第2制御の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。図8に示すフローチャートは、第2変速パターンに該当する変速があったと判定された場合に、ECU100によって実行される。
運転者によっては、変速レンジの変速と同時にアクセルが踏み込まれる場合もあり得る。アクセルの踏み込み量によっては、エンジン10の作動を要する場合があり得る。このような場合には、変速レンジの変速と、エンジン10の作動とを速やかに行なうことが望まれる。

前記自動変速機の変速レンジが前進レンジと後進レンジとの間で変更され、かつ、前記第1係合要素が解放されている場合には、前記制御装置は、前記所定の制御として第2制御を実行し、
前記第2制御において、前記制御装置は、
前記電動機の回転速度を前記所定回転速度に低下させ、
前記自動変速機に含まれる係合要素の係合状態を、変更後の変速レンジに応じた係合状態に切り替え、
前記電動機の回転速度を、前記目標回転速度まで上昇させる、ハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記自動変速機の変速レンジが前進レンジと後進レンジとの間で変更され、かつ、前記第1係合要素が解放されていない場合には、前記制御装置は、前記第2制御を実行しない、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
- 前記ハイブリッド車両の車速が閾値より大きい場合には、前記制御装置は、前記第2制御を実行しない、請求項4または請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
- 前記自動変速機の変速レンジが変更され、かつ、前記第1係合要素が解放されており、かつ、前記変速レンジの変更後に前記内燃機関を作動させる場合に、前記制御装置は、
前記電動機の回転速度を所定回転速度以下にし、
前記第1係合要素を係合させ、
前記自動変速機に含まれる係合要素の係合状態を、変更後の変速レンジに応じた係合状態に切り替え、
前記電動機の回転速度を、変更後の変速レンジに応じた目標回転速度まで上昇させる、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
