Description
図1は、実施形態に係る圧着端子10の斜視図である。実施形態に係る圧着端子10は、金属材料からなる部材になっており、圧着端子10の長手方向、或いは圧着端子10を圧着する電線の導体の長手方向における一端側から他端側にかけて、電気接続部11と、導体圧着部20と、被覆加締部40とを備えている。また、電気接続部11と導体圧着部20との間には、電気接続部11と導体圧着部20との間を繋ぐ第1繋ぎ部51を備え、導体圧着部20と被覆加締部40の間には、導体圧着部20と被覆加締部40の間を繋ぐ第2繋ぎ部55を備えている。
なお、上述した実施形態では、導体圧着部20に形成されるセレーション30は、導体圧着部20の展開状態において、開口部31の幅がセレーション30の長手方向における所定の位置で急変することにより、側面33の角度がしているが、開口部31の幅は、徐々に変化していてもよい。即ち、セレーション30の底面32の法線Lに対する側面33は、開口部31の幅の変化に伴って、徐々に変化していてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 電線の導体が配置される底板、及び、前記導体の延在方向に交差する方向における前記底板の両側縁から延設される一対の導体加締片を含んで構成され、前記底板上に配置された前記導体を前記導体加締片で覆って加締めることにより前記電線の前記導体に圧着して接続される導体圧着部を備え、
前記導体圧着部は、前記導体に接触する側の面に、前記底板に配置される前記導体の延在方向に対して交差する方向に沿って、一対の前記導体加締片と前記底板とに亘って溝状に延在するセレーションが形成され、
前記セレーションは、前記導体圧着部が前記導体に圧着される前の平板状の展開状態において、当該セレーションの開口部の前記延在方向に沿った幅が、当該セレーションの底面の前記延在方向に沿った幅以上の幅になっており、且つ、前記導体加締片に位置する部分の少なくとも一部の位置での前記底面の法線に対する側面の角度が、前記底板に位置する部分の前記底面の法線に対する前記側面の角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 前記導体加締片は、前記導体圧着部が前記導体に圧着された後の状態において、前記導体の延在方向に見た場合における曲率半径が、前記底板の曲率半径よりも小さくなる請求項1に記載の圧着端子。
- 前記導体加締片は、前記導体圧着部が前記導体に圧着された後の状態において、前記導体の延在方向に見た場合における曲率半径が最も小さくなる部分の前記底面の法線に対する前記側面の角度が、前記底板に位置する部分の前記底面の法線に対する前記側面の角度よりも大きい請求項1または2に記載の圧着端子。
