Claims (11)
- 後列シートの後方のフロアに設けられ、バッテリーが装着されるバッテリー装着部と、
前記バッテリー装着部の前方の前記フロアを補強するクロスメンバーと、
前記バッテリー装着部の下側の前記フロアを補強し、前記クロスメンバーおよび両側のサイドメンバーに支持される下側補強部と、
前記バッテリーを結束した状態で、前記下側補強部に締結される上側結束部と、を含むことを特徴とする車体構造物。 - 前記バッテリー装着部は、前記フロアから下方に陥没するように形成され、前記バッテリーの下側を収容する陥没部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車体構造物。
- 前記下側補強部は、
前記クロスメンバーから後方へ離間された位置から横方向に延び、両端が前記両側のサイドメンバーに支持される第1の補強フレームと、
前記クロスメンバーと前記第1の補強フレームとを連結するように縦方向に延び 、横方向に互に離隔されるように配置された複数の第2の補強フレームと、
前記クロスメンバーと前記第1の補強フレームとの間で、前記両側のサイドメンバーとこれに隣接する前記第2の補強フレームとを連結するように、両側にそれぞれ設けられ、横方向に延びた第3の補強フレームと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車体構造物。 - 前記第1の補強フレームは、前記バッテリーの後端に一致した位置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車体構造物。
- 前記第1の補強フレームと前記複数の第2の補強フレームとが連結される位置からそれぞれ後方に延びてリアバンパーに支持され、前記第1及び第2の補強フレームより剛性の弱い素材からなる複数の緩衝フレームをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車体構造物。
- 前記上側結束部は、
前記バッテリーを結束するために横方向に延び、両端が前記第3の補強フレームに締結される第1の結束フレームと、
前記バッテリーを結束するため横方向に延び、両端が前記第1の補強フレームに締結される第2の結束フレームと、
前記バッテリーを結束するために縦方向に延び、前記第1及び第2の結束フレームと交差状態で結合され、前端が前記複数の第2の補強フレームにそれぞれ締結される複数の第3の結束フレームと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車体構造物。 - 前記下側補強部は、
前記第1ないし第3の補強フレームに設けられ、前記第1ないし第3の結束フレームが締結される部分を、それぞれ補強する複数の補強部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車体構造物。 - 前記後列シートの移動を案内するように前記フロアに装着され、前記第1の結束フレームの各々に延びた状態で、前記第1の結束フレームに締結される複数のシートレールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車体構造物。
- 前記後列シートの移動を案内するように前記フロアに装着され、前記上側結束部の上方に延びた状態で、前記上側結束部に締結される複数のシートレールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車体構造物。
- 前記下側補強部からそれぞれ後方に延びてリアバンパーに支持され、前記下側補強部より剛性の弱い素材で設ける複数の緩衝フレームをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車体構造物。
- 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の車体構造物を含むことを特徴とする車両。
