Claims (8)
- 電気回路上に位置するバッテリーの正極端子と負荷との間に位置するリレー部、
前記電気回路上の前記負荷とバッテリーの負極端子との間に位置するシャント抵抗に流れる電流を測定する電流測定部、
前記リレー部と前記電流測定部を接続させる診断抵抗部、および
前記診断抵抗部を制御して前記診断抵抗部により前記リレー部と前記電流測定部を連結し、前記診断抵抗部により前記リレー部と前記電流測定部が接続された場合の前記電流測定部によって測定された電流と、前記診断抵抗部を制御して前記診断抵抗部による前記リレー部と前記電流測定部との接続を解除し、前記診断抵抗部により前記リレー部と前記電流測定部が接続されていない場合の前記電流測定部によって測定された電流との差に基づいて、前記リレー部の異常を診断する制御部
を含む、リレー異常診断システム。 - 前記診断抵抗部は、
一つ以上の診断抵抗、および
前記診断抵抗が直列接続されて前記リレー部と前記電流測定部との間の接続を制御するスイッチ部
を含む、請求項1に記載のリレー異常診断システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記リレー部の異常を診断しようとする場合、前記スイッチ部の導通状態を制御する制御信号を出力する、請求項2に記載のリレー異常診断システム。 - 前記電流測定部、前記診断抵抗部および前記制御部は、一つの印刷回路基板(Printed Circuit Board;PCB)上に位置し、回路パターンを通じて互いに連結される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のリレー異常診断システム。
- 電流測定部が電気回路上の負荷とバッテリーの負極端子との間に位置するシャント抵抗に流れる電流を測定するステップ、
前記電気回路上に位置する前記バッテリーの正極端子と前記負荷との間に位置するリレー部と前記電流測定部を、診断抵抗部が接続させるステップ、および
制御部が、前記診断抵抗部を制御して前記診断抵抗部により前記リレー部と前記電流測定部を連結し、前記診断抵抗部により前記リレー部と前記電流測定部が接続された場合の前記電流測定部によって測定された電流と、前記診断抵抗部を制御して前記診断抵抗部による前記リレー部と前記電流測定部との接続を解除し、前記診断抵抗部により前記リレー部と前記電流測定部が接続されていない場合の前記電流測定部によって測定された電流との差に基づいて、前記リレー部の異常を診断するステップ
を含む、リレー異常診断方法。 - 前記診断抵抗部は、
一つ以上の診断抵抗、および
前記診断抵抗が直列接続されて前記リレー部と前記電流測定部との間の接続を制御するスイッチ部を含む、請求項5に記載のリレー異常診断方法。 - 前記診断するステップは、
前記リレー部の異常を診断しようとする場合、前記スイッチ部の導通状態を制御する制御信号を出力するステップを含む、請求項6に記載のリレー異常診断方法。 - 前記電流測定部、前記診断抵抗部および前記制御部は、一つの印刷回路基板(Printed Circuit Board;PCB)上に位置し、回路パターンを通じて互いに連結される、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のリレー異常診断方法。
