Description
[1]組成式(Fe(1-(α+β))X1αX2β)(1-(a+b+c+d+e+f))MaBbPcSidCeZnfで表される軟磁性合金であって、
X1は、CoおよびNiからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
X2は、Cu、Mg、Al、Mn、Ag、Sn、Bi、O、N、Sおよび希土類元素からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
Mは、Ti、V、Cr、Zr、Nb、Mo、Hf、TaおよびWからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
a、b、c、d、e、f、αおよびβが、
0.080≦b≦0.150、
0≦c≦0.060、
0≦d≦0.060、
0≦e≦0.030、
0.0030≦f≦0.080
0.0030≦a+f≦0.080
b+c≧0.100
α≧0、
β≧0、
0≦α+β≦0.50である関係を満足し、
bcc構造を有するFe基ナノ結晶を有する軟磁性合金である。

本実施形態に係る軟磁性合金は、Fe基ナノ結晶と非晶質とを有している。Fe基ナノ結晶は、結晶粒径がナノメートルオーダーであり、bcc(体心立方格子)構造を有する結晶である。当該軟磁性合金においては、多数のFe基ナノ結晶が非晶質中に析出し分散している。Fe基ナノ結晶が非晶質中に分散している軟磁性合金は、高い飽和磁束密度および低い保磁力を示しやすい。
続いて、軟磁性合金を製造する方法について説明する。本実施形態に係る軟磁性合金は、たとえば、上記の組成を有する非晶質合金中にFe基ナノ結晶を析出させることにより製造される。
本実施形態に係る磁性部品は、上記の軟磁性合金を磁性体として備えるものであれば特に制限されない。たとえば、上記の軟磁性合金から構成される磁心を有する磁性部品であってもよい。
まず、軟磁性合金の原料金属を準備した。準備した原料金属を、表1に示す組成となるように秤量し、高周波加熱にて溶解し、母合金を作製した。
実施例4の試料において、組成式中の「X1」および「X2」元素および含有割合を表2に示す元素および含有割合とした以外は、実施例4と同じ方法により軟磁性合金を作製し、実施例4と同じ評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
実施例8の試料において、550℃で1時間の熱処理(第1熱処理)後に、表3に示す条件で熱処理(第2熱処理)を行った以外は、実施例8と同じ方法により軟磁性合金を作製した。得られた軟磁性合金に対して、実施例8と同じ評価に加えて、(110)面の間隔を算出した。
実施例4の試料において、熱処理条件を表4に示す条件とした以外は、実施例4と同じ方法により軟磁性合金を作製し、実施例4と同じ評価を行った。結果を表4に示す。

- 組成式(Fe(1-(α+β))X1αX2β)(1-(a+b+c+d+e+f))MaBbPcSidCeZnfで表される軟磁性合金であって、
X1は、CoおよびNiからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
X2は、Cu、Mg、Al、Mn、Ag、Sn、Bi、O、N、Sおよび希土類元素からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
Mは、Ti、V、Cr、Zr、Nb、Mo、Hf、TaおよびWからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
a、b、c、d、e、f、αおよびβが、
0.080≦b≦0.150、
0.005≦c≦0.040、
0≦d≦0.060、
0≦e≦0.030、
0.0030≦f≦0.080
0.0030≦a+f≦0.080
b+c≧0.100
α≧0、
β≧0、
0≦α+β≦0.50、
0≦β{1-(a+b+c+d+e+f)}≦0.030である関係を満足し、
bcc構造を有するFe基ナノ結晶を有する軟磁性合金。 - d≦0.030、

0.010≦a+f≦0.050である関係を満足する請求項1に記載の軟磁性合金。 - 純鉄の(110)面間隔に対する前記Fe基ナノ結晶の(110)面間隔の拡張値が0.002オングストローム以下である請求項1または2に記載の軟磁性合金。
- 前記Fe基ナノ結晶の平均粒径が、5nm以上30nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 薄帯形状である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 粉末形状である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の軟磁性合金を有する磁性部品。
