Claims (13)
- 電池セルが密着して配列された複数の電池セルモジュールアセンブリーと、
前記電池セルモジュールアセンブリーの電極リードと電気的に連結されるサイドプレートと、
前記サイドプレートの外側に配置されるダクトと、
前記ダクト内に配置されるガス遮断構造体と、
を含み、
前記複数の電池セルモジュールアセンブリーは、離隔空間が形成されるように配置されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記サイドプレートは、前記電池セルモジュールアセンブリーと前記ダクトとが連通するように開放型構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルモジュールアセンブリーは、複数の電池セルがハウジングに収納された形態を有し、
前記ハウジングの開放面は、前記サイドプレートと結合される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記サイドプレートは、前記電池セルモジュールアセンブリーの電極リードが突出する方向に電池モジュールの側面全体を覆う一体型構造を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ガス遮断構造体は、前記ダクト内で前記離隔空間に対応する位置に配置される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記サイドプレートは、前記電池セルモジュールアセンブリーの全長方向の両端にそれぞれ位置する第1サイドプレートと第2サイドプレートとを含み、
前記第1サイドプレートの外側には第1ダクトが位置し、前記第2サイドプレートの外側には第2ダクトが位置する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池モジュールは、冷媒が前記第1ダクトの第1側端を通して流入して電池セルモジュールアセンブリーを通過した後、前記第2ダクトの第2側端を通して排出される構造を有する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ガス遮断構造体は、前記ダクトを開閉する遮断膜と、前記遮断膜を固定する固定部とを含み、
電池モジュールの発熱の際に前記固定部が溶融して前記遮断膜の固定が解除されれば、前記ダクトを通してのガス流れを遮断するように前記遮断膜が回転する形態を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ガス遮断構造体は、前記ダクトを開閉する遮断膜、前記遮断膜の第1側端に連結された温度ヒューズ、および前記遮断膜の第1側端の反対側の第2側端に連結された弾性体を含み、
電池モジュールの発熱の際に前記温度ヒューズが切れれば、前記弾性体の弾性力によって遮断膜が回転して前記ダクトを通してのガス流れを遮断する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記遮断膜は、回転のための中心軸を基準に互いに反対方向に延びた2個の羽根を含み、
前記羽根は、前記中心軸の一側端から見て一字形または螺旋形を有する、請求項8または9に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ダクトの内側面には、回転する遮断膜を停止させるための突出部が形成されている、請求項8または9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部は、前記ダクトの一部が内側に湾入した形態、またはダクトの内側面に突起が付着された形態を有する、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
