-製造公差は、設置状況への影響が少ないこと。

Claims (11)
- 成形されたシートメタル部品(2)から成る接触要素装置(1)であって、
互いに離間した少なくとも2つの接触要素(20,30)が、前記シートメタル部品(2)の平坦なベースプレート(10)から延びるように前記シートメタル部品(2)から成形されており、前記第1の接触要素(20)が、ピン形状の嵌合接点の挿入装着のための実質的に円筒形の接触部分(22)として形成され、前記第2の接触要素(30)が、180度の方向変化を伴う2つの曲げ部分(31,32)を介してS字状に湾曲した接触ばねとして形成されており、
前記ベースプレート(10)が、互いに対向する2つの側縁部(K)を有しており、前記接触ばねが、前記ベースプレート(10)の両側縁部(K)のうちの一方の側縁部(K)に形成され、かつ180度曲がって先端が前記両側縁部(K)のうちの他方の側縁部(K)側を向いた略U字状の第1の曲げ部分(31)と、第1の曲げ部分(31)の先端に連なって前記他方の側縁部(K)側に延びるように形成されかつ前記ベースプレート(10)から離隔した直線部(36)と、当該直線部(36)の先端に形成され、かつ前記ベースプレート(10)とは反対側に180度曲がって先端が前記一方の側縁部(K)側を向いた略U字状の第2の曲げ部分(32)と、第2の曲げ部分(32)の先端に連なって前記一方の側縁部(K)側に延びるように形成されたばねアーム部分(33)とを備えており、前記接触ばねのばねアーム部分(33)は、その先端側に、前記ベースプレート(10)から離れる方向に突出したコンタクトドーム(35)を有しており、前記コンタクトドーム(35)を含む前記ばねアーム部分(33)の長さが、前記接触ばねが連なっている前記一方の側縁部(K)の長さの範囲における前記ベースプレート(10)の前記両側縁部(K)間の幅よりも長くなっている、接触要素装置。 - 接触ばねとして形成された前記接触要素(30)の前記第1の曲げ部分(31)が、前記ベースプレート(10)の側縁部(K)に直接連なっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触要素装置(1)。
- 前記接触ばね(30)の前記第2の曲げ部分(32)が、前記ベースプレート(10)の周辺輪郭内で前記ベースプレート(10)に対してベースプレート(10)と直交する方向にオフセットしていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接触要素装置(1)。
- 前記接触ばね(30)が、前記ベースプレート(10)の側縁部(K)から直接離れるように延在していることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の接触要素装置(1)。
- 前記第1の接触要素(20)が、その挿入側の端部において、ピン状接点を収容するための収容空間(24)を形成するように互いに対向した少なくとも2つのばねアーム(23a,23b)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の接触要素装置(1)。
- 前記第1の接触要素(20)の前記両ばねアーム(23a,23b)が、前記挿入側の端部の範囲において、前記接触部分(22)への接続の範囲よりも小さな間隔を有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の接触要素装置(1)。
- 当該接触要素装置(1)を接触体に固定するための保持ウェブ(40)が、前記ベースプレート(10)の前記側縁部(K)から離れるように延在していることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の接触要素装置(1)。
- 前記第1および第2の接触要素(20,30)、ならびに前記保持ウェブ(40)は、全てが、ベースプレート(10)から離れるように実質的に同じ方向に延在していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接触要素装置(1)。
- 前記第1および第2の接触要素(20,30)、ならびに前記保持ウェブ(40)が、この順序で、相並んで前記ベースプレート(10)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の接触要素装置(1)。
- 前記第1の接触要素(20)の挿入側の端部に、チューリップ状の開口部(25)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の接触要素装置(1)。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の接触要素装置(1)のほかに、当該接触要素装置(1)が配置されており、その結果、前記両接触要素装置(1)の前記コンタクトドーム(35)どうしが互いに向き合っていることを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の接触要素装置(1)。
