Claims (4)
- ノズル(21)から線材(11)を所定の速度で繰出す線材繰出手段(25)と、
前記ノズル(21)から繰出された前記線材(11)が湾曲した後に配索されるように被配設部材(12)を支持する部材支持手段(13)と、
前記被配設部材(12)に対して前記ノズル(21)を少なくとも配索方向に移動させる相対移動手段(40)と、
前記ノズル(21)から繰出されて前記被配設部材(12)に配索される前記線材(11)に張力を付与する張力付与手段(33)と
を備えた線材配設装置において、
前記張力付与手段(33)が、
回動支点の回りで回動可能なテンションバー(36)と、
前記テンションバー(36)に取付けられて湾曲する前記線材(11)の湾曲内側に当接する線材ガイド(37)と、
前記線材ガイド(37)が前記線材(11)の湾曲外側に向かうように前記テンションバー(36)を回転付勢する弾性部材(38)と
を備えたことを特徴とする線材配設装置。 - テンションバー(36)の回動角度を検出する検出手段(39)と、
前記検出手段(39)により検出された回動角度が所定の角度となるように前記線材繰出手段(25)による線材(11)のノズル(21)からの繰出し速度を制御する繰出速度制御手段(14)と
を備えた請求項1記載の線材配設装置。 - ノズル(21)から繰出されて湾曲した後の線材(11)を被配設部材(12)に押付ける押付部材(61)が更に備えられた請求項1又は2記載の線材配設装置。
- ノズル(21)から所定の速度で繰出される線材(11)を湾曲させて被配設部材(12)に配索する線材配設方法において、
回動支点の回りで回動可能なテンションバー(36)に設けられた線材ガイド(37)を前記ノズル(21)から繰出されて湾曲する前記線材(11)の湾曲内側に当接させ、
前記線材ガイド(37)を前記線材(11)の湾曲外側に向けて付勢することにより前記ノズル(21)から繰出される前記線材(11)に張力を付与し、
前記テンションバー(36)の回動角度が所定の角度となるように前記線材(11)の前記ノズル(21)からの繰出速度を制御しつつ、
前記ノズル(21)から繰出されて張力が付与された前記線材(11)を前記被配設部材(12)に配索する
ことを特徴とする線材配設方法。
