Claims (8)
- 車両の内部に於いて、複数のバッテリセルから成るバッテリの近傍に配置され、前記バッテリセルを調温する車載用バッテリ調温装置であり、
内部を流通する加熱流体と前記バッテリセルとが熱交換することで、前記バッテリセルを昇温する流体加熱ヒータと、
通電されて発せられる熱が前記バッテリセルに伝導することで、前記バッテリセルを昇温する発熱体と、
前記バッテリの温度に基づいて、前記流体加熱ヒータおよび前記発熱体の動作を制御する演算制御部と、を具備し、
前記演算制御部は、前記バッテリが充電されていない場合は、前記発熱体により前記バッテリセルを昇温することを特徴とする車載用バッテリ調温装置。 - 車両の内部に於いて、複数のバッテリセルから成るバッテリの近傍に配置され、前記バッテリセルを調温する車載用バッテリ調温装置であり、
内部を流通する加熱流体と前記バッテリセルとが熱交換することで、前記バッテリセルを昇温する流体加熱ヒータと、
通電されて発せられる熱が前記バッテリセルに伝導することで、前記バッテリセルを昇温する発熱体と、
前記バッテリの温度に基づいて、前記流体加熱ヒータおよび前記発熱体の動作を制御する演算制御部と、を具備し、
前記演算制御部は、前記バッテリと外部との温度差が一定以上となれば、前記流体加熱ヒータまたは前記発熱体により、前記バッテリを昇温することを特徴とする車載用バッテリ調温装置。 - 前記流体加熱ヒータは、前記車両に配設されたエンジンを冷却する流体が流通することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車載用バッテリ調温装置。
- 車両の内部に於いて、複数のバッテリセルから成るバッテリの近傍に配置され、前記バッテリセルを調温する車載用バッテリ調温装置であり、
内部を流通する加熱流体と前記バッテリセルとが熱交換することで、前記バッテリセルを昇温する流体加熱ヒータと、
通電されて発せられる熱が前記バッテリセルに伝導することで、前記バッテリセルを昇温する発熱体と、
前記バッテリの温度に基づいて、前記流体加熱ヒータおよび前記発熱体の動作を制御する演算制御部と、を具備し、
前記演算制御部は、
前記バッテリが充電されている時には、
車室内空調装置を運転せず、前記流体加熱ヒータのみを用いて前記バッテリを充電することを特徴とする車載用バッテリ調温装置。 - 車両の内部に於いて、複数のバッテリセルから成るバッテリの近傍に配置され、前記バッテリセルを調温する車載用バッテリ調温装置であり、
内部を流通する加熱流体と前記バッテリセルとが熱交換することで、前記バッテリセルを昇温する流体加熱ヒータと、
通電されて発せられる熱が前記バッテリセルに伝導することで、前記バッテリセルを昇温する発熱体と、
前記バッテリの温度に基づいて、前記流体加熱ヒータおよび前記発熱体の動作を制御する演算制御部と、を具備し、
前記演算制御部は、
前記バッテリが充電されており、且つ、車室内空調装置が運転されており、
前記バッテリの温度が、前記バッテリの出力が制限される温度帯域であれば、
前記発熱体および前記流体加熱ヒータの両方で、前記バッテリを昇温することを特徴とする車載用バッテリ調温装置。 - 車両の内部に於いて、複数のバッテリセルから成るバッテリの近傍に配置され、前記バッテリセルを調温する車載用バッテリ調温装置であり、
内部を流通する加熱流体と前記バッテリセルとが熱交換することで、前記バッテリセルを昇温する流体加熱ヒータと、
通電されて発せられる熱が前記バッテリセルに伝導することで、前記バッテリセルを昇温する発熱体と、
前記バッテリの温度に基づいて、前記流体加熱ヒータおよび前記発熱体の動作を制御する演算制御部と、を具備し、
前記演算制御部は、
前記バッテリが充電されており、且つ、車室内空調装置が運転されており、
前記バッテリの温度が、前記バッテリの出力が制限されない温度帯域であれば、
前記発熱体のみで、前記バッテリを昇温することを特徴とする車載用バッテリ調温装置。 - 前記流体加熱ヒータは、前記バッテリセルの直下に配設される温調プレートであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れかに記載の車載用バッテリ調温装置。
- 前記発熱体は、前記バッテリどうしの間の空間部に配設されたシート状に配設された電熱線であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7の何れかに記載の車載用バッテリ調温装置。
