Claims (7)
- 複数のバッテリモジュールと、複数の前記バッテリモジュールを収容するバッテリケースと、を有するバッテリパックと、
前記バッテリパックが搭載される車体と、を備える車両のバッテリ保護構造であって、
前記バッテリパックの上方に、スペアタイヤがその中心軸を垂直に立てた姿勢で配置され、
前記バッテリパックの車両前後方向の後端部に、空気を内部に導入する吸気導入口が設けられ、
前記車体の側部に配置される空気取入口から取入れた空気を前記吸気導入口に導く吸気経路を形成する吸気ダクトが、前記バッテリパックの車両前後方向の後方に設けられ、
前記吸気ダクトは、
前記車体の側部から車幅方向中央部に向かって延びる第1吸気ダクトと、
前記第1吸気ダクトと連結され、前記第1吸気ダクトから受け取った空気を前記吸気導入口から前記バッテリパックの内部に供給する第2吸気ダクトと、を有し、
前記第2吸気ダクトは、平面視で車両後方に突状に湾曲する湾曲部を前記スペアタイヤの下方に有し、
前記湾曲部の車両前後方向の後端部は、前記スペアタイヤの車両前後方向の後端部に対して車両前後方向で同位置または前記スペアタイヤの前記中心軸側の位置に配置されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 平面視で、前記バッテリパックの後面と前記スペアタイヤの後端部とが交差する交差部と、前記スペアタイヤの前記中心軸を通って車両前後方向に延びる仮想平面を設定したとき、前記バッテリパックの後端部に形成され、前記第2吸気ダクトの前記吸気経路の下流端が接続される前記吸気導入口が、前記仮想平面よりもそれぞれ前記交差部側に配置され、かつ、前記第2吸気ダクトのうち前記吸気導入口に連結するダクト側連結部が前記スペアタイヤの外周縁の径方向内側に配置され、
前記湾曲部の後面と前記スペアタイヤの後面とが、上方から見て重なるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記吸気導入口は、前記バッテリパックの後端部のうち前記仮想平面に対して車幅方向の一端に位置する第1吸気導入口と、前記仮想平面に対して車幅方向の他端に位置する第2吸気導入口とを有し、
前記第2吸気ダクトは、前記ダクト側連結部として、前記第1吸気導入口に連結される第1連結部と、前記第2吸気導入口に連結される第2連結部とを有し、
前記湾曲部は、平面視で車両後方に突状の円弧を描くように湾曲しながら前記第1連結部と前記第2連結部とを連絡し、かつ、前記バッテリパックの後端部との間に上方から前記車体を望む空間である湾曲部前方空間を形成していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記湾曲部は、車幅方向の両端部から中央部に向かうにつれて、車両上下方向の長さが漸次大きくなり、かつ、車両前後方向の厚みが漸次小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。
- 平面視で、前記湾曲部の前面の曲率が、前記湾曲部の後面の曲率よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。
- 前記第1吸気ダクトは、前記第2吸気ダクトの上流側端部に連結される連結部を有し、
前記連結部は、車幅方向で前記スペアタイヤの側端面より内側、かつ、前後方向で前記スペアタイヤの後端部よりも車両前方の位置で、上下方向で前記スペアタイヤの中央部よりも上方に鉛直方向に延びており、
前記第1吸気ダクトの後端部と前記スペアタイヤの後端部とが同一平面上に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記バッテリパックの上面に、前記スペアタイヤを支持するブラケットが設けられ、
前記ブラケットは、上方に突形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。
