Claims (20)
- 近位部分および遠位部分を含むシャフトと、
近位端部および遠位端部を有する第1のプルワイヤであって、前記第1のプルワイヤの前記遠位端部は、前記シャフトの前記遠位部分に連結されている、第1のプルワイヤと、
近位端部および遠位端部を有する第2のプルワイヤであって、前記第2のプルワイヤの前記遠位端部は、前記シャフトの前記遠位部分に連結されている、第2のプルワイヤと、
前記シャフトの前記近位部分に連結され、操縦機構を含むハンドルであって、前記操縦機構は、差動機構によって動作的に連結された第1のホイールおよび第2のホイールを含む、ハンドルと、を含み、前記第1のプルワイヤの前記近位端部は前記第1のホイールに連結され、前記第2のプルワイヤの前記近位端部は前記第2のホイールに連結され、
前記第1および第2のホイールの両方を第1の回転方向に回転させると、前記第1および第2のプルワイヤの張力が増大され、それによって、前記シャフトの前記遠位部分は、第1の平面内で第1の角度方向に湾曲し、

- 前記第2のホイールのみを前記第1の回転方向に回転させると、前記第1のホイールが前記第2の回転方向に回転し、前記第2のプルワイヤの張力が増大され、前記第1のプルワイヤの張力が減少され、それによって、前記シャフトの前記遠位部分は、前記第1の平面から離れて前記第2の角度方向とは反対の第4の角度方向に湾曲する、請求項1または2に記載の器具。
- 前記第1のプルワイヤの前記遠位端部および前記第2のプルワイヤの前記遠位端部は、前記シャフトの長手方向軸に対してある角度だけ前記シャフトの周方向に角度をつけて互いから離間され、前記角度は、0°超かつ180°未満である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記第1および第2のプルワイヤの前記遠位端部は、180°だけ前記シャフトの周方向に角度をつけて互いから離間されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記第2の角度方向および前記第4の角度方向は、前記第1の平面に対して実質的に垂直な第2の平面内にある、請求項5に記載の器具。
- 前記第1のプルワイヤの前記遠位端部および前記第2のプルワイヤの前記遠位端部は、前記シャフトの遠位端部から等しい距離だけ離間している、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 第1のプルワイヤ導管および第2のプルワイヤ導管をさらに含み、これらはそれぞれ、少なくとも部分的に前記シャフトの前記近位部分および前記遠位部分を通って延び、前記第1のプルワイヤは、前記第1のプルワイヤ導管を通って延び、前記第2のプルワイヤは、前記第2のプルワイヤ導管を通って延びる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の器具。

前記作動機構を第1の動作モードで作動させると、前記第1および第2のホイールが同じ方向に回転し、前記シャフトの前記遠位部分が第1の平面内で湾曲し、
前記作動機構を第2の動作モードで作動させると、前記第1および第2のホイールがそれぞれ反対の方向に回転し、前記シャフトの前記遠位部分が前記第1の平面から離れて湾曲する、操縦可能な医療器具。 - 前記第1および第2のホイールの両方を第1の回転方向に回転させると、前記第1および第2のプルワイヤの張力が増大され、それによって、前記シャフトの前記遠位部分は、前記第1の平面内で第1の角度方向に湾曲する、請求項11に記載の器具。

- 前記作動機構を前記第2の動作モードで作動させると、前記シャフトの前記遠位部分が、前記第1の平面に垂直な第2の平面内で湾曲する、請求項19に記載の器具。
