Claims (2)
- 山部および谷部を備える蛇腹部と、前記蛇腹部を備えていない一般部とを有し、少なくとも内層、バリア層および、外層を備える樹脂製のフィラーパイプであって、
前記一般部は外層よりも内層が薄くなっており、
前記蛇腹部の内層は、前記一般部の内層よりも薄くなっており、さらに、
前記一般部の内層比率に対する前記蛇腹部の山部の内層比率の増加率が、前記一般部の外層比率に対する前記蛇腹部の山部の外層比率の増加率以下になっていることを特徴とするフィラーパイプ。 - 少なくとも内層、バリア層および外層を備える筒状素材を押し出す押出工程と、
複数の分割成形型をそれぞれ移動させながら、前記複数の分割成形型の成形面に前記筒状素材の一部を転写させて、山部および谷部を備えた蛇腹部と、前記蛇腹部を備えていない一般部を成形する成形工程と、を含み、
押出工程では、前記筒状素材の外層よりも内層が薄くなるように設定し、
前記成形工程では、前記蛇腹部の外層を吸引して前記筒状素材を前記分割成形型に転写させるとともに、前記蛇腹部の内層を、前記一般部の内層よりも薄くしつつ、さらに、成形後の前記一般部の内層比率に対する前記山部の内層比率の増加率が、前記一般部の外層比率に対する前記山部の外層比率の増加率以下となるように設定することを特徴とするフィラーパイプの製造方法。
