Claims (18)
- 基端、先端、および前記先端に開口を形成するアパーチャを有するハウジングと、
前記アパーチャより先端側へ延伸するように構成される絶縁体と、
前記アパーチャおよび前記絶縁体を通り、前記アパーチャより先端側へ延伸する延伸位置と、前記基端へ向かって後退される後退位置とを有するナイフと、
前記絶縁体が前記アパーチャから離れて、かつ、前記ナイフが前記延伸位置にある際、前記ナイフに前記ハウジングの基端側への付勢力が作用する、
内視鏡用術具。 - 前記ナイフに結合され、前記絶縁体が前記アパーチャから離れて、かつ前記ナイフが前記延伸位置にある際、前記ナイフに前記ハウジングの前記基端側への前記付勢力を作用させる付勢部材を有する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用術具。
- 前記付勢部材は、前記絶縁体よりも前記ハウジングの前記基端側に設けられている、請求項2に記載の内視鏡用術具。
- 前記絶縁体が前記アパーチャに近接した状態では、前記アパーチャおよび前記絶縁体に対して前記ナイフが延伸した状態で前記付勢部材により維持される、請求項2に記載の内視鏡用術具。
- 前記ハウジングは、プレートを有し、
前記付勢部材は、前記ナイフを前記プレートに結合する、
請求項2に記載の内視鏡用術具。 - 前記プレートは、前記ナイフの一部を通過可能な寸法および形状を有する開口を定義するプレートアパーチャを有する、請求項5に記載の内視鏡用術具。
- 前記付勢部材は、

前記絶縁体の先端は、前記ハウジングの中心軸に沿って基端側へ延びる凹部を有し、前記ナイフを前記ハウジングの前記基端側に付勢された状態では、前記チップが前記凹部の中に配置され、かつ前記絶縁体に連結された切断部が前記ハウジングから露出する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用術具。 - 前記絶縁体は、前記アパーチャより先端側へ延伸する絶縁体延伸位置を有し、
前記絶縁体が前記絶縁体延伸位置に位置することにより、前記ナイフが前記延伸位置に位置する、
請求項1に記載の内視鏡用術具。 - 前記ナイフは、第一刃先および第二刃先の間に配置されるロッドを有し、前記第一刃先が前記第二刃先よりも長い長さを有する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用術具。
- 前記内視鏡用術具は、針形状のナイフ構成と、前記絶縁体を先端に有するナイフ構成とに使用されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用術具。
- 前記ナイフは、前記ハウジングの中心軸に沿って配置されるロッドと、少なくとも一つの切断部とを有し、前記切断部と前記ロッドは相対的に前記中心軸に沿って移動可能に構成されている、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用術具。
- 前記絶縁体および前記切断部を前記ロッドに対して前進させた際に、前記絶縁体および前記切断部に前記ハウジングの基端側への付勢力が作用する、請求項14に記載の内視鏡用術具。
- 前記付勢部材は、ばねである、請求項2に記載の内視鏡用術具。
- 前記ハウジングは、実質的に可撓性を有する材料を有する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用術具。
- 前記ナイフの先端にチップを有し、
前記チップは、電極である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用術具。
