Claims (11)
- タブと、電極端子と、前記電極端子及び前記タブの電気的接続に用いられるアダプタとを備える電池セルであって、
前記アダプタは、前記電極端子に電気的に接続されるために用いられる第1の接続部と、前記タブに電気的に接続されるために用いられる第2の接続部と、前記第1の接続部及び前記第2の接続部を接続するために用いられる第3の接続部と、二つの折り曲げ部と、を有し、前記第3の接続部と前記第1の接続部、および、前記第3の接続部と前記第2の接続部は、それぞれ、一つの前記折り曲げ部により接続され、
前記第3の接続部は、前記第3の接続部の二つの前記折り曲げ部に接続される側辺に位置する補強部を有し、
前記補強部の縁部から前記折り曲げ部の中心線までの最小距離LはR<L<(R+2mm)を満し、
式中、Lは前記補強部の縁部から前記折り曲げ部の中心線までの最小距離であり、Rは前記折り曲げ部の折り曲げ半径である、
電池セル。 - 前記補強部は第3の接続部の前記第1の接続部に近接する側辺から第3の接続部の前記第2の接続部に近接する側辺まで延出している請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記補強部は数量が少なくとも二つであり、それぞれ前記第3の接続部の前記第1の接続部に近接する側と前記第3の接続部の前記第2の接続部に近接する側に位置する、請求項1又は2に記載の電池セル。
- 前記補強部は前記第3の接続部における前記第3の接続部の厚さ方向の少なくとも一側の表面に設けられた突起構造を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記突起構造は複数の突起部を有し、前記突起部は前記折り曲げ部の折り曲げ軸線に平行な方向に沿って設置されている請求項4に記載の電池セル。
- 前記突起構造の厚さは前記折り曲げ部の折り曲げ半径以下である請求項4又は5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記補強部は前記第3の接続部における前記第3の接続部の厚さ方向の少なくとも一側の表面の少なくとも一部をカバーする絶縁層を有する請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記絶縁層は前記第3の接続部の前記厚さ方向の両側の表面をカバーする請求項7に記載の電池セル。
- 前記絶縁層の厚さは前記折り曲げ部の折り曲げ半径以下である請求項7又は8に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを備える電池。
- 電気エネルギーを供給するために用いられる請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを備える電力消費装置。
