Claims (12)
- 양극, 음극 및 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극군;상기 전극군이 내장되는 케이스;상기 케이스와 결합되어 이를 밀폐하는 캡 조립체; 및적어도 하나의 벤딩부를 가지고 상기 전극군과 상기 캡 조립체에 전기적으로 연결되는 리드부재;를 포함하고상기 벤딩부에는 굽힘 응력(Bending Stress)을 집중시키는 응력 집중 수단이 형성되며,상기 벤딩부는 일측 표면에 홈이 형성되고 타측 표면에 돌출부가 형성된 구조로 이루어지는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 리드부재에는 복수개의 응력 집중 수단이 형성되고, 상기 응력집중 수단은 상기 리드부재의 양면에 번갈아 배치되는 이차 전지.

- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 홈 및 돌출부는 삼각형, 사각형, 또는 반구형 단면에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 단면 형상으로 이루어지는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 리드 부재는 0.3mm 내지 0.8mm의 두께를 갖는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 리드 부재는 일체로 형성된 하나의 판재로 이루어지는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 이차 전지는 모터 구동용인 이차 전지.
