Description
Claims (3)
- 開口を有するランプハウジングと前記ランプハウジングに前記開口を閉塞した状態で取り付けられたカバーとによって構成され内部空間が配置空間として形成された灯具外筐と、
前記配置空間に配置され光源が搭載された基板とを備え、
前記ランプハウジングの一部が前記光源の駆動時に発生する熱を前記ランプハウジングの外部に放出するヒートシンクとして設けられ、
前記ランプハウジングには前記ヒートシンクに連続された底板部が設けられ、
前記ヒートシンクには孔形成部が設けられ、
前記ヒートシンクには前記孔形成部以外の部分として前記孔形成部に連続されたベース部が設けられ、
前記ベース部には前記底板部より前記カバー側に位置され前記基板と接する接面部が設けられ、
前記孔形成部における前記カバー側の端面が前記接面部の前記カバー側の面と同一平面上に位置され、
前記ランプハウジングに前記カバーと反対側に突出され前記孔形成部の一部として突部が設けられ、
前記突部が前記底板部より前記カバーと反対側に位置され、
前記孔形成部に前記配置空間と前記ランプハウジングの外部とに連通された風抜き孔が形成され、
前記風抜き孔によって前記孔形成部における前記カバー側の端面と前記突部の突出方向における端面とが貫通され、
前記基板に開口された切欠部が形成され、
前記基板が前記配置空間に配置された状態において前記切欠部が前記孔形成部に対応して位置され、
前記風抜き孔が前記基板によって覆われない状態にされる
航空機用灯具。 - 前記ランプハウジングの前記ヒートシンク以外の部分と前記ヒートシンクが一体に形成された
請求項1に記載の航空機用灯具。 - 前記ヒートシンクは前記孔形成部以外の部分として前記孔形成部に連続されたベース部が設けられ、
前記孔形成部の厚みが前記ベース部の厚みより厚くされ、
前記風抜き孔の軸方向が前記孔形成部の厚み方向に一致された
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の航空機用灯具。
