Claims (11)
- 4-(2-アクリルアミドエチルカルバモイル)-3-フルオロフェニルボロン酸(AmECFPBA)、N-ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド(HEAAm)、及びN-イソプロピルメタクリルアミド(NIPMAAm)を含む組成物の共重合体であって、NIPMAAmに対するAmECFPBAの配合比が30mol%以上であることを特徴とする糖応答性ゲル。
- 前記共重合体が、5mol%~40mol%の4-(2-アクリルアミドエチルカルバモイル)-3-フルオロフェニルボロン酸(AmECFPBA)、10mol%~70mol%のN-ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド(HEAAm)、及び20mol%~80mol%のN-イソプロピルメタクリルアミド(NIPMAAm)を含む組成物の共重合体である、請求項1記載の糖応答性ゲル。
- NIPMAAmとAmECFPBAの混合物に対するHEAAmの体積比が30%以上である、請求項1又は2記載の糖応答性ゲル。
- 前記ゲル組成物中に架橋剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項記載の糖応答性ゲル。
- 前記架橋剤がN,N’-メチレンビスアクリルアミド(MBAAm)であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の糖応答性ゲル。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項記載の糖応答性ゲルを含む、薬剤送達デバイス。
- 体内埋込型、又はマイクロニードル型のデバイスである、請求項6記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- インスリンの送達に使用するためのデバイスである、請求項6又は7記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 4-(2-アクリルアミドエチルカルバモイル)-3-フルオロフェニルボロン酸(AmECFPBA)、N-ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド(HEAAm)、及びN-イソプロピルメタクリルアミド(NIPMAAm)を含み、NIPMAAmに対するAmECFPBAの配合比が30mol%以上である組成物を共重合させる工程を含む糖応答性ゲルの製造方法。
- 前記組成物中に、
4-(2-アクリルアミドエチルカルバモイル)-3-フルオロフェニルボロン酸(AmECFPBA)が5mol%~40mol%含まれ、
N-ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド(HEAAm)が10mol%~70mol%含まれ、そして
N-イソプロピルメタクリルアミド(NIPMAAm)が20mol%~80mol%含まれる、請求項9に記載の糖応答性ゲルの製造方法。 - NIPMAAmとAmECFPBAの混合物に対するHEAAmの体積比が30%以上である、請求項9又は10に記載の糖応答性ゲルの製造方法。
