Claims (7)
- 走行用の動力源として機能する過給機付きエンジンと、駆動輪に動力伝達可能に連結された回転機とを備えたハイブリッド車両の、制御装置であって、
前記エンジンの所定上限回転速度に対して前記エンジンの回転速度の余裕代が確保された前記エンジンの許容最大回転速度を超えない範囲内に前記エンジンの回転速度があるように且つ前記回転機の所定上限回転速度に対して前記回転機の回転速度の余裕代が確保された前記回転機の許容最大回転速度を超えない範囲内に前記回転機の回転速度があるように、前記エンジン及び前記回転機のそれぞれの動作点を制御する動作点制御部と、
前記過給機の異常の発生及び前記過給機の異常が発生する可能性があるかを診断する異常診断部と、
前記過給機の異常が発生したと診断される前であって、前記過給機の異常が発生する可能性があると診断された場合には、前記過給機の異常が発生する可能性があると診断される前に比べて、前記エンジンの許容最大回転速度及び前記回転機の許容最大回転速度をそれぞれ低回転速度側に変更する許容回転速度変更部と
を、含み、
前記異常診断部は、前記過給機による過給圧の変化率が所定変化率を超えていること、及び前記過給圧と前記過給圧の目標値との過給圧差が所定過給圧差を超えていることの少なくとも一つに基づいて、前記過給機の異常が発生する可能性があると診断することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記許容回転速度変更部は、前記過給機の異常が発生する可能性があると診断したときの前記過給圧の変化率が大きい程、又は前記過給機の異常が発生する可能性があると診断したときの前記過給圧差が大きい程、前記エンジンの許容最大回転速度及び前記回転機の許容最大回転速度をそれぞれ低回転速度側に変更するときの変更量を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記過給機の異常が発生したと診断された場合には、前記エンジンへの燃料供給を停止するフューエルカット制御を行うエンジン制御部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記過給機の異常が発生したと診断された場合には、前記回転機の出力トルクを低減する回転機トルク低減制御を行う回転機制御部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記異常診断部は、前記過給圧の変化率及び前記過給圧差のうちの少なくとも一つに基づいて、前記過給機の異常の発生を診断することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記異常診断部は、前記過給圧の変化率及び前記過給圧差に基づいて前記過給機の異常の発生を診断するものであり、
前記異常診断部は、前記過給圧の変化率が前記所定変化率を超えているという第1異常が発生したか否か、及び前記過給圧差が前記所定過給圧差を超えているという第2異常が発生したか否かを判定し、前記第1異常及び前記第2異常の何れもが発生したと判定した場合に、前記過給機の異常が発生したと診断し、前記第1異常及び前記第2異常の何れか一方のみが発生したと判定した場合に、前記過給機の異常が発生する可能性があると診断することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記動作点制御部は、前記エンジンの許容最大回転速度及び前記回転機の許容最大回転速度がそれぞれ低回転速度側に変更されたことで前記エンジンの回転速度及び前記回転機の回転速度のうちの少なくとも一方が前記許容最大回転速度を超える場合には、前記エンジンの回転速度及び前記回転機の回転速度のそれぞれが前記許容最大回転速度を超えない範囲内となるように、前記エンジン及び前記回転機のうちの少なくとも一方の動作点を変更するものであり、
前記動作点制御部は、前記エンジンの出力トルクを低減するエンジントルク低減制御、前記回転機の出力トルクを低減する回転機トルク低減制御、及び前記エンジン及び前記回転機と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する自動変速機を変速する変速制御のうちの少なくとも一つの制御を行うことによって、前記エンジン及び前記回転機のうちの少なくとも一方の動作点を変更することを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
