Description
本発明の実施形態1に係るセパレータ1の製造方法には、検査工程が含まれる。この検査工程では、少なくとも以下の第1ステップ~第6ステップを含む検査が行われる。
本発明の実施形態2に係るスリットセパレータ32の製造方法は、少なくとも以下のステップ1~ステップ3を含んでいる。
以下、再び図1~図3を参照して、本発明の実施形態3に係るセパレータ1の製造方法について説明する。
図15は、変形例1に係るセパレータ1の検査装置45および検査方法を概略的に示す斜視図である。
図16は、変形例2に係るセパレータ1の検査装置49および検査方法を概略的に示す正面図である。

Claims (5)
- セパレータを検査する検査工程を含んでおり、
上記検査工程は、
上記セパレータを複数のローラーによって搬送して、当該セパレータが巻き取られてなる捲回体を作成するステップと、
上記捲回体から、上記セパレータの一部を巻き出すステップと、
上記セパレータにおける巻き出した部分の少なくとも一部に対して、欠陥が含まれているか否かを検査するステップと、
上記検査の結果に基づいて、上記捲回体の良否を判定するステップとを含んでおり、
上記検査は、上記セパレータに対する耐電圧検査であり、
上記セパレータの一部を巻き出すステップにて、上記セパレータを巻き出す長さは、上記複数のローラーのうち、最大の直径を有するローラーの円周の長さ以上であるセパレータの製造方法。 - 上記セパレータにおける巻き出した部分のうち、少なくとも上記検査を行った部分を廃棄する請求項1に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 上記捲回体の良否を判定するステップにて、良品とみなされた上記捲回体に対して、良品である旨を示すラベルを貼り付ける工程を含んでいる請求項1または2に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 上記ラベルには、上記検査するステップの後に判明した、上記捲回体に関する情報が含まれている請求項3に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- セパレータが巻き取られてなる捲回体から上記セパレータを巻き出す捲回装置と、
上記セパレータにおける巻き出した部分の少なくとも一部に対して、欠陥が含まれているか否かを検査する検査実行装置と、
上記セパレータにおける上記検査を行った部分を切除するために上記セパレータを切断する切断装置とを備えており、
上記捲回装置は、上記セパレータにおける巻き出した部分のうち、上記セパレータの切断後に上記捲回体と連続している部分を上記捲回体に巻き戻し、
上記検査実行装置は、上記セパレータの欠損を検出する、上記セパレータに対する耐電圧検査を行い、
上記捲回装置が上記セパレータを巻き出す長さは、上記セパレータを搬送する複数のローラーのうち、最大の直径を有するローラーの円周の長さ以上であるセパレータの製造装置。
