Description

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも2つの木製構造板(101、111)のうちの第1の木製構造板(101)の面(101A)および少なくとも2つの木製構造板(101、111)のうちの第2の木製構造板(111)の面(111B)が接触界面(I101-111)で重畳されるように配置された、少なくとも2つの木製構造板(101、111)であって、重畳面には、前記接触界面(I101-111)において、溝付きパターン(R101A、R111B)のセットが少なくとも部分的に設けられており、前記溝付きパターン(R101A、R111B)が、少なくとも略相補的な形状を有し、少なくとも1つの軸(B1)に沿って、前記第1の木製構造板(101)および前記第2の木製構造板(111)の互いに対する摺動に対して障害物を形成するように配置されている、少なくとも2つの木製構造板(101、111)と、
前記少なくとも2つの木製構造板(101、111)を、前記接触界面(I101-111)で互いに対して保持するように配置された少なくとも1つの保持システム(30)と、
を備え、
前記重畳面の前記溝付きパターン(R101A、R111B)は互いに対して予めプレスされており、前記保持システム(30)は、前記接触界面(I101-111)で前記木製構造板(101、111)のうちの少なくとも2つを少なくとも部分的に貫通する少なくとも1つの金属製ねじ付きロッド部材(30.1)を備える建築要素(10)を製造する方法であって、
機械加工面の前記溝付きパターン(R101A、R111B)が前記接触界面(I101-111)で互いに接触するように、前記木製構造板(101、111)を重畳するステップと、
前記木製構造板(101、111)を少なくとも30kPaの圧力で互いに押し付けるステップと、
前記木製構造板(101、111)のうちの少なくとも2つを前記接触界面(I101-111)で少なくとも部分的に貫通する少なくとも1つの金属製ねじ付きロッド部材(30.1)を備える保持システム(30)によって、前記木製構造板(101、111)を一体に保持するステップと、
を含む、製造方法。 - 前記溝付きパターン(R101A、R111B)は、少なくとも2つの非平行軸(B1、B2)に沿った、前記第1の木製構造板(101)および前記第2の木製構造板(111)の互いに対する摺動に対して障害物を形成するように配置される、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記溝付きパターンは、互いに平行な第1の一連の溝(R101A’、R111B’)と、互いに平行であるが、前記第1の一連の溝には平行でない第2の一連の溝(R101A’’、R111B’’)とを備える、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 溝付きパターン(R101A’、R101A’’、R111B’、R111B’’)の少なくともいくつかは、複数のとげ(P)のマトリックスの形態であり、とげの形状は、四辺形の底部を有する略ピラミッドの形状である、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属製ねじ付きロッド部材(30.1)は、両端に、頭部(32)とスパイク(33)とが設けられたねじ付きロッド(31)を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属製ねじ付きロッド部材(30.1)は、略円筒または略円柱の形状を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属製ねじ付きロッド部材(30.1)は、交互に配置され、異なる直径を有する少なくとも2つのねじ山(34’、34’’)を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記保持システム(30)は、前記接触界面(I101-111)の全体にわたって分配され、前記接触界面(I101-111)で、前記木製構造板(101、111)のうちの少なくとも2つを少なくとも部分的に通過する4つの金属製ねじ付きロッド部材(30.1、30.2、30.3、30.4)を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属製ねじ付きロッド部材(30.1)のうちの少なくとも1つを、前記接触界面の縁部から隔てる距離(D10-30)が、1.5から4センチメートルである、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1の木製構造板(101)、前記第2の木製構造板(111)および第3の木製構造板(121)を含む少なくとも3つの木製構造板(101、111、121)を備え、少なくとも3つの木製構造板の面の少なくともいくつか(101A、111B、111A、121B)は、各接触界面(I101-111、I111-121)で、対で重畳されており、前記保持システム(30)は、前記第1の木製構造板および前記第2の木製構造板(101、111)の第1の部分を少なくとも部分的に貫通する複数の金属製ねじ付きロッド部材の第1のセット(30.1、30.2、30.3、30.4)と、前記第2の木製構造板および前記第3の木製構造板(111、121)の第2の部分を少なくとも部分的に貫通する複数の金属製ねじ付きロッド部材の第2のセット(30.5、30.6、30.7、30.8)とを備え、前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分が、少なくとも1つの共通の木製構造板(111)を有し、前記金属製ねじ付きロッド部材(30.1、...、30.8)は、前記接触界面(I101-111、I111-121)の平面で互いに対してオフセットされている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属製ねじ付きロッド部材のうちの少なくとも1つの長さ(L30)は、一体に保持されることが意図された前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分の全体の厚さ(E101+E111)に略等しい、請求項10に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属製ねじ付きロッド部材のうちの少なくとも1つ(30.1)は、前記溝付きパターンの窪み(C1234)に配置される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属製ねじ付きロッド部材のうちの少なくとも1つの直径(D30)は、4つ以下の溝付きパターン(RL14、RL23、RT12、RT34)を覆うように構成される、請求項10または請求項11に記載の製造方法。
- 前記重畳面の前記溝付きパターン(R101A、R111B)は、少なくとも75kPaの圧力で互いに予めプレスされる、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記木製構造板(101、111)の互いに対する加圧が、少なくとも75kPaの圧力で実施される、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
