Claims (4)
- 相手方端子部に嵌合接続させる端子部、導体接続部及びこれらを繋ぐ繋ぎ部を有する端子金具と、
前記端子金具における前記端子部から前記繋ぎ部までを収容させる収容室、及び、前記相手方端子部に対する前記端子部の抜去方向に向けて前記導体接続部を前記収容室の外に引き出させる端子引出口を有するハウジングと、
導電体及び絶縁体の積層体で且つスルーホールを有するものとして成形され、前記スルーホールに挿通させた前記導体接続部に対して前記導電体を半田付けして物理的且つ電気的に接続させる導電部品と、
を備え、
前記繋ぎ部は、前記端子部に連結させた第1連結部と、前記導体接続部に連結させた第2連結部と、前記第1連結部と前記第2連結部を繋ぐ弾性変形可能な第3連結部と、を有し、
前記収容室の中の前記繋ぎ部は、前記第3連結部の弾性変形に伴う第1弾発力を前記端子部から前記収容室の第1内壁部に作用させ、かつ、前記第3連結部の前記弾性変形に伴う前記第1弾発力とは逆向きの第2弾発力を前記第2連結部から前記収容室の第2内壁部に作用させた状態で、前記導体接続部を前記抜去方向に向けて延在させ、
前記収容室の中の前記第3連結部の前記弾性変形は、前記第2連結部を前記抜去方向に対する交差方向に向けた延在方向から前記抜去方向に向けた延在方向に変位させるものであることを特徴としたコネクタ。 - 前記第3連結部は、前記第1連結部と前記第2連結部を前記抜去方向に対する直交方向にオフセットさせたクランク形状に形成されることを特徴とした請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記収容室は、前記端子部と前記第1連結部を収容させる第1収容部と、前記第2連結部を収容させる第2収容部と、を有し、
前記第1収容部は、前記第1弾発力の作用方向とは逆側で前記第1内壁部に対向配置させる第3内壁部を有し、
前記第2収容部は、前記第3内壁部よりも前記第2弾発力の作用方向にオフセットさせた前記第2内壁部を有することを特徴とした請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記繋ぎ部は、前記第2連結部から突出させた突起部を有し、
前記収容室は、前記導体接続部を前記抜去方向に向けて延在させたまま、前記第2弾発力の作用方向とは逆側で前記突起部を係止させる突起係止部を有することを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載のコネクタ。
