Claims (1)
- 少なくとも1つの第1極板と少なくとも1つの第2極板とがセパレータを介して巻回された電極体の製造方法であって、
前記第1極板は、
帯状の芯体と、前記芯体の両面に形成された活物質層とを有し、前記芯体が露出された露出部に集電リードが接続されており、
前記露出部は、矩形状であり、前記芯体の長手方向一部に配置され、
前記露出部のうち、前記集電リードとは異なる位置に、製造工程の履歴を特定可能な識別表示部が形成され、
前記芯体において、前記識別表示部とは前記芯体の厚み方向の反対側の位置に、前記活物質層が配置され、
前記集電リードと前記識別表示部とは、前記露出部の長手方向に並んで配置される、
電極板であり、
前記識別表示部の形成前の前記電極板をローラにより搬送するときに、前記ローラの外周面に前記芯体の前記識別表示部の形成側とは反対側である裏側に配置された前記活物質層を接触させ、前記ローラにより裏側の前記活物質層を介して前記芯体を支えながら、前記露出部にレーザ光を照射することにより、前記芯体にレーザマーキングで前記識別表示部を形成する、
