本出願は2018年11月14日に提出された、出願番号201811353347.9、発明名称が「バタフライバルブ」である中国特許出願の優先権を主張しており、上記出願の全文は引用により本文に含まれる。
入口端と、出口端と、前記入口端と前記出口端とを連通する軸方向通路とを有し、前記入口端と前記出口端との間に径方向に沿うバルブロッド取付孔が設けられ、内部には前記バルブロッド取付孔に対応する位置にバルブシート取付部が設けられている弁体と、
前記バルブシート取付部に固定し取り付けられ、筒状部材であって、且つ側壁に前記バルブロッド取付孔に対応する径方向貫通孔が設けられた内側バルブシートと、
板状部材であって、前記内側バルブシート内に取り付けられ、前記板状部材の内部に径方向に沿う貫通孔が設けられているバルブコアと、
前記バルブロッド取付孔、前記内側バルブシートの貫通孔、及び前記バルブコアの貫通孔を順に通すバルブロッドと、
前記弁体の内部に前記内側バルブシートの軸方向側面に取り付けられ、前記内側バルブシートと密封接続が形成される少なくとも1つの位置決めリングと、を備える。
Claims (7)
- 入口端と、出口端と、前記入口端と前記出口端とを連通する軸方向通路とを有し、前記入口端と前記出口端との間に径方向に沿うバルブロッド取付孔が設けられ、内部に前記バルブロッド取付孔に対応する位置にバルブシート取付部が設けられ、且つ内側にシール面が設けられている弁体と、
前記バルブシート取付部に固定し取り付けられ、筒状部材であって且つ側壁に前記バルブロッド取付孔に対応する径方向貫通孔が設けられ、後側端と前側端とを有し、前記後側端と前記前側端とのいずれにも、径方向外方に突出するフランジが設けられた円筒状の内側バルブシートと、
板状部材であって前記内側バルブシート内に取り付けられ、前記板状部材の内部に径方向に沿う貫通孔が設けられているバルブコアと、
前記バルブロッド取付孔、前記内側バルブシートの貫通孔、及び前記バルブコアの貫通孔を順に通すバルブロッドと、
前記弁体の内部に前記内側バルブシートの軸方向側面に取り付けられ、前記内側バルブシートと密封接続を形成する少なくとも1つの位置決めリングとを備え、
前記内側バルブシートの軸方向両側のいずれにも、前記位置決めリングが設けられ、前記内側バルブシートの各前記フランジの一側の環状面と前記弁体のシール面とは、密封接触を形成し、前記フランジの他側と前記位置決めリングのシール面とは、密封接触を形成することを特徴とするバタフライバルブ。 - 前記位置決めリングは、前記内側バルブシートにスクイーズ作用を生じさせるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記弁体内にシール面が設けられ、前記内側バルブシートに前記弁体のシール面に協力するシールリブが設けられ、前記内側バルブシートにシール面が設けられ、前記位置決めリングに前記内側バルブシートのシール面に協力するシールリブが設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記位置決めリングの外周面に吊り台が設けられ、前記弁体の内部に前記吊り台に協力するバックバックルが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記弁体は円筒状であり、且つ前部セグメント、中部セグメント及び後部セグメントを有し、前記中部セグメントの内部通路の内径が前記前部セグメント及び前記後部セグメントの内部通路の内径よりも小さく、前記中部セグメントの内部通路と前記前部セグメントの内部通路及び前記後部セグメントの内部通路との間に、それぞれ肩部からなるシール面を有することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記フランジにおける前記弁体と密封接触を形成する側の環状面にシールリブが設けられ、前記位置決めリングの前記フランジに対向するシール面にシールリブが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記バルブロッドの内部にバルブロッドの軸方向に延びる金属ピンが挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバタフライバルブ。
