Claims (14)
- 電池モジュールであって、前記電池モジュールは、
前記電池モジュールの長さ方向に沿って配置された複数の電池セルを含む電池セル配置構造であって、前記電池セルは、長さ方向に沿って設置されかつ前記電池モジュールの幅方向に向けられる電極端子を含み、前記電池セルは故障した電池セルを含む、電池セル配置構造と、
収容キャビティを有するボックスであって、前記電池セル配置構造は前記収容キャビティに位置する、ボックスと、
前記収容キャビティに位置し、かつ前記電池セル配置構造の幅方向に沿った端部に位置し、前記電池モジュールの高さ方向に沿って、第2上端面を有する取り付けビームと、
少なくとも一部が前記電池セル配置構造の高さ方向に沿った端部に位置し、かつ前記取り付けビームに取り外し可能に接続されるプレスプレートと、
前記故障した電池セルの正極端子と負極端子を接続する導電性部材と、を含み、
高さ方向に沿って、前記導電性部材の少なくとも一部は前記第2上端面と前記プレスプレートの最高点との間に位置する電池モジュール。 - 前記プレスプレートは本体部及び接続部を含み、前記本体部は前記電池セル配置構造の高さ方向に沿った端部に位置し、
前記接続部の一端は前記本体部に接続され、他端は前記取り付けビームに取り外し可能に接続される請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 高さ方向に沿って、最上層の前記電池セルは第1上端面を有し、前記本体部は前記第1上端面に接続され、
前記第1上端面の高さは前記第2上端面の高さより大きく、
前記接続部は、第1接続セグメントと、第2接続セグメントと、前記第1接続セグメントと前記第2接続セグメントを接続する遷移セグメントと、を含み、
前記第1接続セグメントは前記本体部に接続され、又は、前記第1接続セグメントは前記本体部及び前記第1上端面に接続され、
前記第2接続セグメントは前記第2上端面に取り外し可能に接続される請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルはトップカバープレートを有し、前記電極端子は前記トップカバープレートに設置され、
幅方向に沿って、前記トップカバープレートと前記取り付けビームとの間には予め設定された距離があり、
前記プレスプレートは前記取り付けビームに接続される場合、前記ボックス、前記取り付けビーム及び前記プレスプレートは収納空間を画定し、前記導電性部材は前記収納空間に位置する請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記本体部は前記第1上端面と接着され、
前記第1接続セグメントは前記本体部と当接され、かつ両者の当接の長さは10mm~200mmである請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 幅方向に沿って、前記電池モジュールは1列の前記電池セル配置構造を含み、幅方向に沿って、前記本体部は前記電池セル配置構造を超えず、又は、
幅方向に沿って、前記電池モジュールは2列の前記電池セル配置構造を含み、かつ2列の前記電池セル配置構造の電極端子は互いに離れており、幅方向に沿って、前記本体部の一端は1列の前記電池セル配置構造を超えず、他端は別の列の前記電池セル配置構造を超えない請求項2又は3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池モジュールは、前記電池セルの電極端子に接続される第1接続片及び第2接続片をさらに含み、
前記導電性部材は前記故障した電池セルに接続される第1接続片と第2接続片を接続し、
前記高さ方向に沿って、前記第1接続片及び前記第2接続片の少なくとも一部は前記第2上端面と前記プレスプレートの最高点との間に位置する請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記高さ方向に沿って、前記導電性部材と第1接続片との接続位置は前記第2上端面と前記プレスプレートとの間に位置し、前記導電性部材と第2接続片との接続位置は前記第2上端面と前記プレスプレートの最高点との間に位置する請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル配置構造は第1電池セル配置構造及び第2電池セル配置構造を含み、高さ方向に沿って、前記第1電池セル配置構造は前記第2電池セル配置構造の上方に位置し、 前記第1接続片は前記第1電池セル配置構造の電池セルと前記第2電池セル配置構造の電池セルを接続し、前記第2接続片は前記第1電池セル配置構造の電池セルと前記第2電池セル配置構造の電池セルを接続する請求項7又は8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 電池セルを電源として使用する装置であって、前記装置は、
前記装置に駆動力を提供するための動力源と、
前記動力源に電気エネルギーを提供するように構成される請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の電池モジュールと、を含む装置。 - 請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の電池モジュールにおける故障した電池セルの故障処理方法であって、
前記プレスプレートの少なくとも一部を前記取り付けビームから取り外すステップと、 前記故障した電池セルの正極端子と負極端子を導電性部材を介して電気的に接続するステップと、を含む、故障処理方法。 - 前記プレスプレートは本体部及び接続部を含み、前記プレスプレートの少なくとも一部を前記取り付けビームから取り外すとき、前記故障処理方法は、
前記接続部を前記取り付けビームから取り外すステップを含む請求項11に記載の故障処理方法。 - 前記故障した電池セルの2つの電極端子はそれぞれ第1接続片及び第2接続片に接続され、前記故障した電池セルの正極端子と負極端子を導電性部材を介して電気的に接続するとき、前記故障処理方法は、
前記故障した電池セルに接続される前記第1接続片と前記第2接続片を前記導電性部材を介して電気的に接続するステップを含む請求項11又は12に記載の故障処理方法。 - 前記故障した電池セルの正極端子と負極端子を前記導電性部材を介して電気的に接続した後、前記故障処理方法は、
前記取り付けビームから取り外した前記プレスプレートの少なくとも一部を前記取り付けビームに取り付けるステップをさらに含む請求項11~13のいずれかに記載の故障処理方法。
