Claims (6)
- ブレーキ液圧回路の液圧を制御する四輪車用のブレーキ液圧制御装置(10)であって、
ハウジング(110)と、
前記ハウジング(110)の第1の面(110a)に装着されたモータ(96)と、
前記ハウジング(110)の第1の面(110a)に対向する第2の面(110b)に装着された複数の電磁制御弁(34a,34b,36a,36b,54aa,54ba,54ab,54bb,58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)と、を備え、
前記複数の電磁制御弁(34a,34b,36a,36b,54aa,54ba,54ab,54bb,58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)は、
マスタシリンダに接続される配管が接続される配管ポート(121a,121b)と前記モータ(96)により駆動されるポンプ(44a,44b)の吐出側とを結ぶ流路(33a,33b)に配置される2つの回路制御弁(36a,36b)と、前記回路制御弁(36a,36b)とホイールシリンダに接続される配管が接続される配管ポート(123a,123b,123c,123d)とを結ぶ流路(51aa,51ba,51ab,51bb)に配置される4つの増圧弁(58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)と、を含み、
前記複数の電磁制御弁(34a,34b,36a,36b,54aa,54ba,54ab,54bb,58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)は、前記第1の面(110a)及び前記第2の面(110b)からともに垂直に連続し、前記マスタシリンダに接続される配管が接続される配管ポート(121a,121b)及びホイールシリンダに接続される配管が接続される配管ポート(123a,123b,123c,123d)が形成された第3の面(110c)に近い側から遠い側へと、それぞれ前記第3の面(110c)に平行な列をなすように複数列(L1,L2,L3)に配置され、
前記2つの回路制御弁(36a,36b)と前記4つの増圧弁(58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)とが同列に配置され、
前記複数の電磁制御弁(34a,34b,36a,36b,54aa,54ba,54ab,54bb,58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)が配置される前記複数列(L1,L2,L3)に沿った方向の長さよりも、前記複数列(L1,L2,L3)に沿った方向に垂直な方向の長さが短い、ブレーキ液圧制御装置(10)。 - 前記2つの回路制御弁(36a,36b)のうちの一方の回路制御弁(36a)は、前記4つの増圧弁(58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)のうちの2つの増圧弁(58aa,58ba)の間に配置され、他方の回路制御弁(36b)は、他の2つの増圧弁(58ab,58bb)の間に配置されている、請求項1に記載のブレーキ液圧制御装置(10)。
- 前記複数の電磁制御弁(34a,34b,36a,36b,54aa,54ba,54ab,54bb,58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)は、
前記2つの回路制御弁(36a,36b)と、
前記4つの増圧弁(58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)と、
前記配管ポート(121a,121b)と前記ポンプ(44a,44b)の吸入側とを結ぶ流路(31a,31b)に配置される2つの吸入制御弁(34a,34b)と、
前記ポンプ(44a,44b)の吸入側と前記配管ポート(123a,123b,123c,123d)とを結ぶ流路(53aa,53ba,53ab,53bb)に配置される4つの減圧弁(54aa,54ba,54ab,54bb)と、を含み、
前記第2の面(110b)における前記第3の面(110c)に近い側から遠い側へと3列に配置され、
前記2つの回路制御弁(36a,36b)及び前記4つの増圧弁(58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)は、前記第2の面(110b)における前記第3の面(110c)に近い側の第1列(L1)に配置され、
前記4つの減圧弁(54aa,54ba,54ab,54bb)は、前記第2の面(110b)における前記第3の面(110c)から遠い側の第3列(L3)に配置され、
前記2つの吸入制御弁(34a,34b)は、前記第1列(L1)と前記第3列(L3)との間の第2列(L2)に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載のブレーキ液圧制御装置(10)。 - 前記ブレーキ液圧制御装置(10)は、前記第2の面(110b)に装着された少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(24,26a,26b)を備え、
前記圧力センサ(24,26a,26b)は、前記2つの回路制御弁(36a,36b)及び前記4つの増圧弁(58aa,58ba,58ab,58bb)が配置された前記第1列(L1)とは異なる前記第2列(L2)又は前記第3列(L3)に配置されている、請求項3に記載のブレーキ液圧制御装置(10)。 - 前記圧力センサ(24,26a,26b)は、前記マスタシリンダの内圧を検出する1つの第1の圧力センサ(24)と、前記ホイールシリンダの内圧を検出する2つの第2の圧力センサ(26a,26b)と、を含み、
前記第1の圧力センサ(24)は、前記4つの減圧弁(54aa,54ba,54ab,54bb)とともに第3列(L3)に配置され、
