Description
本出願は、2018年12月19日付韓国特許出願第2018-0165219号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明は、ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂及び有機亜鉛触媒を含むポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液を複合ろ過膜に投入する段階を含み、前記複合ろ過膜は、ヒドロキシ基含有物質及びポリオレフィンを含む複合材であって、ポリオレフィンの片面又は両面にヒドロキシ基含有物質がコーティングされている形態である、有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法を提供する。
また、本発明は、有機亜鉛触媒存在下で、二酸化炭素及びエポキシド化合物を含む単量体を重合する段階と、本発明の有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法により前記有機亜鉛触媒を除去してポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂を得る段階と、を含む、ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法を提供する。
以下、実施例によって本発明をより詳しく説明する。しかし、下記実施例は、本発明を例示するためのものであり、これらだけに本発明の範囲が限定されるものではない。
1)ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液の準備
二酸化炭素とエチレンオキシドを反応物にし、有機亜鉛触媒を用いてポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液を合成した。溶媒、ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂、有機亜鉛触媒等がそのまま含まれているポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液を以下の実験に用いた。
内径50mmの円形フィルタープレスチャンバの両面に、ポリプロピレンにセルロースがコーティングされているセルロース-ポリプロピレン複合材(セルロースとポリプロピレンの重量比は1:0.05)でなる複合ろ過膜(平均気孔の大きさ3μm)を取り付けた後、ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液のろ過を開始した。溶液をフィルタープレスに注入するポンプの圧力を2barから4barまで変更してろ過を行い、ろ過された溶液を250mlのガラス瓶に入れて流量と透明度を確認した。また、触媒の残存量を確認するために誘導結合プラズマ(inductively coupled plasma:ICP)元素分析(Zn)を行った。
下記表1のように実験条件を変更したことを除いては、実施例1と同一に実験した。
金属(SUS316)でなるろ過膜(平均気孔の大きさ3μm)をフィルターハウジングに取り付けた後、ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液のろ過を開始した。フィルターハウジングに加えられる圧力を7barまで加圧してろ過を行い、ろ過された溶液を250mlのガラス瓶に入れて流量と透明度を確認した。また、触媒の残存量を確認するためにICP元素分析を行った。
下記表1のように実験条件を変更したことを除いては、実施例1と同一に実験した。
前記で収得したポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液を目視で観察した結果を図1に示し、ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液に残留するZnの含量を下記表2に整理した。
Claims (12)
- ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂及び有機亜鉛触媒を含むポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液を複合ろ過膜に投入する段階を含み、
前記複合ろ過膜は、ヒドロキシ基含有物質及びポリオレフィンを含む複合材であって、前記ポリオレフィンの片面又は両面にヒドロキシ基含有物質がコーティングされている形態である、有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法。 - 前記ヒドロキシ基含有物質は、セルロース、硝子繊維、ポリビニルアルコール、シリカ及びアルミナからなる群から選択された1つ以上である、請求項1に記載の有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法。
- 前記ポリオレフィンは、高密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、超高分子量ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブチレン、及びポリペンテンからなる群から選択された1つ以上で形成されたフィルム若しくは不織布である、請求項1または2に記載の有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法。
- 前記有機亜鉛触媒は、亜鉛ジカルボキシレート系化合物を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法。
- 前記亜鉛ジカルボキシレート系化合物は、炭素数3から20の脂肪族ジカルボキシレートの亜鉛塩又は炭素数8から40の芳香族ジカルボキシレートの亜鉛塩を含む、請求項4に記載の有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシ基含有物質は、10μmから10mmの厚さでコーティングされている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシ基含有物質とポリオレフィンの重量比は、1:0.1から1:10である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法。
- 前記複合ろ過膜の平均気孔の大きさは、0.1から10μmである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法。
- 前記投入する段階では、1から10barの圧力をかける、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法。
- 前記有機亜鉛触媒は、前記ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液に粒子状態で分散されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の有機亜鉛触媒の分離方法。
- 有機亜鉛触媒の存在下で二酸化炭素及びエポキシド化合物を含む単量体を重合し、ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂及び有機亜鉛触媒を含むポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂溶液を製造する段階と、
請求項1から10のうち何れか一項に記載の方法で前記有機亜鉛触媒を分離する段階と、を含む、ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。 - 前記エポキシド化合物は、
ハロゲン又は炭素数1から5のアルキル基で置換又は置換されていない炭素数2から20のアルキレンオキシド、
ハロゲン又は炭素数1から5のアルキル基で置換又は置換されていない炭素数4から20のシクロアルキレンオキシド、および
ハロゲン又は炭素数1から5のアルキル基で置換又は置換されていない炭素数8から20のスチレンオキシドからなる群から選択された1つ以上である、請求項11に記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
