Description
上記樹脂成形品において、互いに隣り合う3つ以上の前記主溶着部が、前記直線部の延在方向において等間隔にて形成されていることが好ましい。
上記樹脂成形品において、前記副溶着部は、前記直線部の延在方向において互いに隣り合う前記主溶着部同士の間の中央位置に設けられていることが好ましい。
図1に示すように、蓋部10は、略長方形板状の第1本体11Aと、第1本体11Aの周縁部から収納部20に向かって突出する周壁11Bと、第1本体11Aの第1面11aから突出する第1リブ12とを有している。第1面11aは、第1本体11Aにおける車室側とは反対側の面である。なお、第1本体11Aの第1面11aとは反対側の面及び周壁11Bの外周面には、表皮材が貼り付けられている。また、蓋部10が本発明に係る第1部品に相当する。
図1に示すように、収納部20は、第2本体21と、第2本体21における第1面11aに対向する第2面21aから突出する第2リブ22とを有している。なお、収納部20が本発明に係る第2部品に相当する。
図1~図4に示すように、第2リブ22は、第2面21aに沿って延在している。第2リブ22は、第1リブ12の直線部13に沿って延びる中心線Cを中心に波状に延在する波状部23を有している。本実施形態の波状部23は、一定の波長及び振幅の正弦波形状を有している。第2本体21の第2面21aには、4本の第2リブ22が並列して設けられている。各第2リブ22が、第1面11aの各第1リブ12と対向している。
図4に示すように、第1リブ12と第2リブ22とは、互いに交差する複数の交差点において溶着された複数の主溶着部30を有している。
副溶着部40は、直線部13の延在方向において互いに隣り合う主溶着部30同士の間の中央位置に設けられている。すなわち、補助リブ14と第2リブ22との交差点は、波状部23の頂点23aと一致しており、補助リブ14と波状部23の頂点23aとが溶着されることにより副溶着部40が形成されている。本実施形態では、5つの副溶着部40が形成されている。
まず、図1に示すように、蓋部10及び収納部20をそれぞれ可動治具及び固定治具(いずれも図示略)に固定し、蓋部10の第1面11aと収納部20の第2面21aとを互いに隙間を持った状態で対向させる。
このとき、第1リブ12における直線部13と第2リブ22の波状部23とが互いの交差点において当接した状態となる。また、第1リブ12における補助リブ14と第2リブ22の波状部23とが互いの交差点において当接した状態となる。
(1)蓋部10は、互いに隣り合う主溶着部30同士の間において、第1リブ12から第2リブ22に向かって延びる補助リブ14を有しており、補助リブ14は、第2リブ22との交差点において第2リブ22に溶着される副溶着部40を有している。
(3)互いに隣り合う3つ以上の主溶着部30が、直線部13の延在方向において等間隔にて形成されている。
(4)副溶着部40は、直線部13の延在方向において互いに隣り合う主溶着部30同士の間の中央位置に設けられている。
本実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施することができる。本実施形態及び以下の変更例は、技術的に矛盾しない範囲で互いに組み合わせて実施することができる。
・第2リブ22の形状は、本実施形態で例示した正弦波形状の波状部23を有するものに限定されない。すなわち、図5に示すように、矩形波形状の波状部23を有するものであってもよい。また、図6に示すように、三角波形状の波状部23を有するものであってもよい。
・本発明に係る樹脂成形品は、車両用の樹脂成形品に限定されず、樹脂製の第1部品と第2部品とを溶着して形成されるものであれば、本発明を適用することができる。

- いずれも樹脂製の第1部品と第2部品とが互いに溶着されることで形成される樹脂成形品であって、
前記第1部品は、第1本体と、前記第1本体の第1面から突出するとともに前記第1面に沿って延在する第1リブと、を有しており、
前記第2部品は、第2本体と、前記第2本体における前記第1面に対向する第2面から突出するとともに前記第2面に沿って延在する第2リブと、を有しており、
前記第1リブと前記第2リブとは、互いに交差する複数の交差点において溶着された複数の主溶着部を有しており、
前記第1部品及び前記第2部品の少なくとも一方は、互いに隣り合う前記主溶着部同士の間において、前記第1リブ及び前記第2リブの一方から他方に向かって延びる補助リブを有しており、
前記補助リブは、前記他方との交差点において前記他方に溶着される副溶着部を有している、
