Claims (6)
- 半導体発光素子と、
前記半導体発光素子の上方に配置され、少なくとも一部分に波長変換材料を含む透光部材と
を有し、
前記透光部材は、すべての側面が垂直面である第1部分、該第1部分上に配置され、少なくとも一部の側面に傾斜面を含む第2部分、該第2部分上に配置され、すべての側面が垂直面である第3部分によって構成され、
前記第1部分の側面の上端は前記第2部分の側面の下端も形成し、
前記第2部分の側面の上端は前記第3部分の側面の下端も形成し、
上面から見た前記第3部分の上面サイズは、前記第1部分の下面サイズよりも小さく、
前記透光部材の前記第2部分は、相互に異なる傾斜角度で対向する側面を有する
半導体発光装置。 - 上面から見た前記透光部材の前記第1部分の下面の形状及びサイズは、前記半導体発光
素子の発光層の配置領域の輪郭の形状及びサイズと同等である
請求項1に記載の半導体発光装置。 - 上面から見た前記透光部材の前記第1部分の下面のサイズは、前記半導体発光素子の光
出射部分の配置領域の輪郭のサイズよりも大きく、
上面から見た前記透光部材の前記第3部分の上面のサイズは、前記半導体発光素子の光
出射部分の配置領域の輪郭のサイズよりも小さく、
前記透光部材は、透明接着層を介し、前記半導体発光素子上に配置され、
前記透明接着層は、前記半導体発光素子と前記透光部材の間から、前記半導体発光素子
の側面までつながって、前記半導体発光素子の側面領域にフィレット部を備える
請求項1に記載の半導体発光装置。 - 前記透光部材は、光透過性部材、及び、該光透過性部材の下面上に配置された波長変換
層を含み、
前記第2部分及び前記第3部分は前記光透過性部材で構成され、前記波長変換層は、前
