Claims (15)
- 筒状部と、該筒状部の一方の端部を封止する基部とを含み、
前記筒状部の内壁面の粗さ曲線における切断レベル差Rδc1が、前記基部の内壁底部の粗さ曲線における切断レベル差Rδc2よりも小さく、
前記切断レベル差が、粗さ曲線における25%の負荷長さ率での切断レベルと、粗さ曲線における75%の負荷長さ率での切断レベルとの差であり、
前記筒状部が第1セラミックスを含み、前記基部が第2セラミックスを含む、
成形型。 - 前記切断レベル差Rδc1と前記切断レベル差Rδc2との差が0.2μm以上である請求項1に記載の成形型。
- 前記切断レベル差Rδc2は、0.6μm以上2.5μm以下である請求項1または2に記載の成形型。
- 前記筒状部の内壁面の算術平均粗さRa1は、前記基部の内壁底部の算術平均粗さRa2よりも小さい請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の成形型。
- 前記算術平均粗さRa1と前記算術平均粗さRa2との差が0.2μm以上である請求項3に記載の成形型。
- 前記算術平均粗さRa2は、0.6μm以上1.6μm以下である請求項4または5に記載の成形型。
- 前記基部が、前記筒状部に向けて開口する凹部状を有する請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の成形型。
- 前記凹部状を有する基部の内壁面が、前記開口から前記内壁底部にかけて傾斜している請求項7に記載の成形型。
- 前記傾斜が、アール状を有する請求項8に記載の成形型。
- 前記切断レベル差Rδc1は、前記開口から前記内壁底部にかけて傾斜している前記基部の内壁面の粗さ曲線における切断レベル差Rδc3よりも小さい請求項8または9に記載の成形型。
- 前記切断レベル差Rδc1と前記切断レベル差Rδc3との差が0.2μm以上である請求項10に記載の成形型。
- 前記切断レベル差Rδc3は、0.6μm以上2.5μm以下である請求項10または11に記載の成形型。
- 前記基部の前記筒状部に対向する第2対向面の内径は、前記筒状部の前記基部に対向する第1対向面の内径よりも小さい、請求項5~12のいずれかに記載の成形型。
- 請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の成形型の製造方法であって、筒状部の基部に対向する第1対向面および基部の筒状部に対向する第2対向面の少なくとも一方に水を付着させ、前記筒状部と前記基部とを吸着させた後に長手方向から押圧し熱処理を行う、成形型の製造方法。
- 前記押圧し熱処理を行う前に、前記第1対向面および前記第2対向面の少なくとも一方を研磨する請求項14に記載の成形型の製造方法。
