Description
(1)まず排気バルブ駆動装置100において排気バルブ101を全開より閉じ側に駆動する場合、排気バルブ101の戻しバネの力がアクチュエータ1の駆動方向と同一になるため、減速機構5のギヤ(ウォームホイール52)の噛合い部に負荷が殆ど加わらない状況が発生する。
(2)減速機構5のギヤの噛合い部分に負荷が加わらない状態、または軽い負荷状態の場合、モータ4の駆動軸42が振動することができる。
(3)減速機構5のウォーム51とウォームホイール52の噛合い部は、ウォーム51の回転によりウォームホイール52のギヤの歯面を擦りながら駆動されている。
(4)ウォーム51とウォームホイール52の噛合い部は、金属同士の摺動であり噛合い部分の圧力が軽いとスティックスリップ現象により、モータ4の駆動軸42が加振される。
(5)スティックスリップ現象の加振周波数と、モータ4の駆動軸42の共振周波数が一致すると、駆動軸42が共鳴してキー音が発生する。

ここで、Jはモータのイナーシャであり、Raは巻線抵抗、Ktはトルク定数、Keは誘起電圧定数である。

Claims (3)
- 筐体と、
前記筐体の内部から外部へ突出して設けられる出力軸と、
前記筐体内に設けられるモータと、
前記モータと前記出力軸との間を連結する減速機構と、
前記モータの本体から突出する駆動軸の共振周波数を変更して共鳴音発生を抑制する共振周波数変更部と、
を備え、
前記減速機構は、前記駆動軸の先端に設けられるウォームと、前記出力軸と一体回転するウォームホイールとが噛み合って構成されるウォームギヤを含み、
前記共振周波数変更部は、前記駆動軸の前記ウォームと前記モータの前記本体との間に固設されるイナーシャ増加用の錘であり、
前記錘は、前記駆動軸と同心円状の円柱形状に形成され、前記円柱形状のうち前記駆動軸の先端側の外径が徐々に小さくなるよう傾斜面が設けられる形状であり、
前記モータの前記駆動軸と前記ウォームホイールの回転軸とが直交するよう配置され、
前記錘が前記駆動軸の前記本体側の基端に配置され、前記ウォームが前記駆動軸の先端側に前記錘に隣接して配置され、
前記錘の前記傾斜面が前記ウォームホイールと対向する位置に配置される、
アクチュエータ。 - 前記錘は、前記駆動軸の共振周波数を2.7%ずらすよう形成される、
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1または2に記載のアクチュエータと、
前記出力軸に連結され、内燃機関の排気通路に設けられる排気バルブと、
を備える排気バルブ駆動装置。
